The gentlemen at the U of M dental building this morning had great customer service skills. I was very impressed!
Horrible experience with the account manager. If you are a account manager and you get paid the big bucks you would think they would treat all employees fairly. Or at the least respond to your staffs messages and concerns at a timely matter. Being a BIAS account manager is not looking good on the company. Everyone should be treated fairly even if they are a person of color.
Warning do not use for event parking, employees left before the end of the event making the exit of the parking lot a complete free for all.
Horrible customer service, creating a headache for all customers. They have no technology, so they make people find a stamp and send a money order for parking enforcement. They know this creates a headache for everyone.
Getting a citation for a paid parking. The machine asks for your License plate which is correctly inputted. Gave me a receipt saying I am paid until 8:53pm. And somehow I get a ticket at 7:26 pm. There needs to be a way for them to check their computers for the information before giving a citation.
