Replaced my mothers iPhone 8 with a generic screen without liquid detection not to mention the screen was defective. Kept insisting that they had nothing to do with the battery (had it tested with Tmobile at the same mall and was okay) and proceeded to threaten me that they will find me . We tried to settle this dispute as professionally and calmly as possible but they simply didnt allow it as the owner proceeded to tell us that we should have taken the phone to the Apple store and continued to say we get what we pay and If you sue me ill find you dont make me do that I know people without disagreeing that the work they provided was incredibly substandard. We are taking the phone to the Apple store for further diagnosis and have someone take care of it and ultimately settle this with small claims. I truly do not recommend the shop as so do other tech services because they will do the job with generic materials and will not claim full responsibility of their short comings.

Had my cracked iPhone screen quickly replaced. Staff was super helpful and personable. Definitely recommending these guys to anyone who has the misfortune of breaking their device!

They were fast and professional- but the screen doesn’t work like the old one. I can’t hard press to get into my camera/flashlight from my lock screen and the top right corner the screen often flickers. Disappointed.

I walked in and was helped immediately, the whole process took about 25 minutes and is by far the most affordable option for an iPhone repair in the Eden Prairie Area! The phone wallet that I was sold did not work as expected. When I went to return it the RUDE person behind the counter said all sales are final. No signage whatsoever indicating this.She said it states this clearly on the receipt, unfortunately I wasnt provided with a receipt. Stay away.

Cell Solution is awesome! I dropped my phone which broke screen and asked a bunch of places how much it would be to get it replaced. A lot of places quoted prices between $150-180 but this place replaced it for $80! When he told me the price, I thought it was too good to be true and the gentleman who fixed my phone was awesome. He was very polite, considerate, and informative without trying to upsell me on anything. The whole process took 20 minutes, the price was good, and the service was awesome! I will recommend this place to anyone who is having cell phone issues.
