7/18/21 This location performed an oil change that resulted in no oil in my vehicle and catastrophic engine failure only miles after my visit. The manager Micheal who did the service on my car offered to investigate what happened after I had it towed to the mechanic. We opened the hood, he immediately checked the dipstick and we both saw that there was no oil on the stick. It was dry. He then went to his car and brought several bottles of oil with him and against my better judgement which not muddies any investigation, let him put it in my car hoping it would fix it. It did not.The mechanics on the following day quickly diagnosed the problem as a seized engine, classically in a way seen with no oil.Even after hearing the diagnosis from the mechanics, Jiffy Lube insisted it was my cars fault. Requesting that I tear down the engine for further investigation at my cost unless its proven to be their fault.I submitted a claim with Jiffy Lube customer service and the manager once again reached out saying they wont do anything unless I tear the engine down. The mechanics word and experience was still not enough. He said it would go to his district manager and I would hear from him. A week passed and I did not. I escalated this through Customer Service to the Franchise owner. A week passed and I still did not hear anything. I complained again to Customer Service and they found a note.We have contacted this guest several times requesting a shop to look at this motor. We checked on this vehicle after he made this claim and it did indeed have oil in it, he witnessed this. We are still awaiting the guest to have a shop diagnose this. We can reach back out and ask again.So now this location is lying to both me and corporate.I will be escalating this through other means now.Current date is 8/25/21

Whoever was working late afternoon Tuesday afternoon guy with dark hair and glasses good looking! Checked my engine light and advised me not to drive. Very sweet personable. Honest. He totally deserves a raise!!! X 10! Just across from Bobby and Steves! They suck! He is over the top awesome! Thank you!

The attendants went the extra mile to fix a hood latch issue I have had for the past several oil changes. They took time to remove the plastic housing and then reattached a spring to the correct connection point. After their work the hood shut securely like it was new.

Jack, the manager of this Jiffy Lube location, is knowledgeable about not only oil changes and related checklist items but also additional services such as spark plug replacement. He and his technicians identified some problems during a recent oil change that my cars dealership service dept had missed entirely. Jack is a great communicator and seems to run a truly professional business. I highly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube store.

The workers here are very friendly, they got me in and out within 20 minutes! Did an inspection, oil change, and topped off all of my fluids! Very reasonable prices as well! I definitely recommend!

Great place to get an inexpensive and complete oil change. They do not try to hard sell or scare you into purchasing unnecessary items. The Techs are very friendly and inform you of what they are doing and why they are doing it.

My visit took place on Friday, November 20th @ about 5:55 PM and the attending manager was very friendly and helpful, not being put upon by my coming in at the last minute, due to an oil light appearing on my dashboard indicator. Additionally, the staff showed me each recommendation prior to performing each procedure with the intent to have me be satisfied with each service. All work was done within 40 minutes time and presented to me with a very reasonable price tag. I am extremely satisfied.

I have always only taken my car to Jiffy Lube because they are quick, friendly and never pushy. I never put my oil changes off because I know the experience will be great.

It’s very expensive oil change if u wanna go ask price before they do oil change they more expensive Toyota dealers

First time I came here it was a good experience (I believe the owner was helping me at the time), the second time on the other hand was not it. I came in to get a bulb replaced on my headlight and left with no replacement. The man working on my car told his supervisor he had no idea what he was doing and then the supervisor basically told me in a nice way that they were too lazy to fix it (I was told my car is “too difficult” to change the bulb on even though the side that needed the replacement was the easiest side) but then proceeded to point out other things that were “wrong” with my car and needed to be “replaced” (some of which did not need to be replaced). Went to a different location and they fixed my bulb in TWO minutes. Pretty disappointing.

Nic and Paul are great and I always have amazing service when I come in. They really work hard to make sure I know what my car really needs and how much everything will cost. I love the free top-off oil policy as that really helps me out between changes. Everyone has always been friendly and lets me know how long the wait will be when I get there.

The team here is very quick, friendly, and helpful! They reminded me to come in for a free top off every 1000 miles and gave recommendations for services Jiffy Lube doesn’t provide. Some other auto shops are patronizing and take advantage of young women who they assume don’t know much about cars, but these guys were respectful and honest about their recommendations. Thank you!

I went there for an oil change and an engine air filter replacement. The service was quick and painless. The gentlemen there were really nice and helpful. I liked how they took the time to explain where the cost was coming from and my options without feeling pressured. It was also easy to follow along with what he was saying.Would definitely recommend and come back!

The service was excellent! Paul did all the tests on my vehicle and answered all the questions that I had. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting area as well!

They were very kind and helpful when I went in to get the oil changed! They even reminded me that I qualified for a student discount when I was checking out! Its a little out of my way, but well worth the drive. I will definitely be returning for future car needs!

Not impressed by this location at all. They are quite expensive and take longer than other places. The technician argued with me about the oil I put in my car. I am sure they deal with people that dont always know what they are talking about, but when I am able to name the name and grade of the exact oil I want, you would think he would take my word for it. The full synthetic that I get allows my car to go 6000+ miles before needing a change. The technician told me that I had to come back within 3000 miles instead just to try and get more money. I would highly suggest going to another place for an oil change in Eden Prairie.

Amaaaaazing service. I’ve been coming to this Jiffy lube for the past 4 years. I’ve always been treated with respect, helped promptly and have always experienced their willing to help me get the best deal and honor any coupons. I, as a woman, feel I have to educate myself about this kind of stuff so I don’t get taken advantage of. Being extremely tuned in with what I need to know before I get anything fixed, have never experience anyone at this Jiffy Lube try to take advantage of me. I’ve seen my fair share of places who have tried to take advantage and I’m so glad this Jiffy Lube is trustworthy. They are also very kind and friendly!

I brought my car in when I suspected that there was some leakage of fluids from my undercarriage after driving around in some hardened snow. Levi (the manager) and his associate welcomed me and brought me right to the waiting area, then checked all the lines, engine, and reservoirs. Matt was a pleasure to work with! He went in depth about routine maintenance that Honda recommends. Couldn’t have asked for better service from this location. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend subscribing to their free email distribution list, so you can save 15 bucks when they send out coupons.

When I came in a bigger, wider male has been showing of his language skills and cussing at am emploee...I didnt need a bulb change however he tryed forsing it into me going as far as stating thats illigal to drive without. My car doesnt even have a bulb or fog lights Im aware of that. He kept talking down to me as if Im a little kid and didnt know what was going on. Just a warning they dont care about there costumers or there cars just the money they get out of there pockets.

Though they could not do my oil change. They did not have the filter for my car. BMW 335d meaning diesel. The filter slightly different in design than the gas version. Very polite and professional despite they could not do the work.

Ive had mixed results at this location, however, it seems that under the new manager, Levi, things are looking up! The past manager was both rude and openly congratulated his team for up-selling customers in front of them. Levi, the new manager, was both helpful and courteous. I didnt feel I was being scammed at all. It was nice to be able to get fast service without having to have my guard up! Thank you!

Fresh transplant to Minnesota. On arrival to the state, I decided to get my oil changed, and had looked at other locations, but time of day, location etc, often led me to drive on. On a whim, I gave this location a chance. Was in and out within about 20 minutes, and the staff was very nice. I also felt that the location was easy to get to / was very accessible. The staff were also very helpful in pointing out what likely services my car would need due to its age / mileage.

We been going to this jiffy lube for 2 years now with mixed results as far as service goes. Its near our home. They always seem to try and sell you something,.The last time it was them saying my battery was low, it wasnt. This time they had a new manager named Levi, he was super pleasant and honest. The first time Ive been here when there was no sales pitch, like you need a new air filter. He said everything was fine and no issues. Hopefully he stays for a while, he will certainly build the Jiffy lube business like no other.

I stopped in for a oil change, was more that happy with the service. Great people and great prices. I will be going back!

The people are so friendly! We are from Texas and needed our car Minnesota proof and they checked everything for us and made sure we would be safe. I will always use them!

Staff seemed friendly when I pulled up.They did offer the $70 oil change but the salesperson did not push me to purchase it, and we worked out a good price for my vehicle. Total was $46 and some change for a new filter, less than 5 quarts of oil, vacuum and window cleaning. Talked to a staff member (Steve?) after oil change and asked a question about my glovebox which had been broken for months. He fixed it at no cost (a few screws and five minutes of his time) and helped fix a part of my back bumper that had come loose.I was scared they would try to over charge me, but they did not. It was relieving. Steve(?) even let me know that the dipstick had no oil on it and that Jiffy Lube offers up to 2 quarts top-off between oil changes. $46 doesnt seem so bad since I know my high-mileage vehicle will need to be topped off.I used to work at a car lot and this crew was professional and did not treat me differently because of my gender. Seemed surprised I drove a standard though. 🤠Overall, I had good experience and appreciate the efforts of the staff.Also, they were extremely quick! I was there maybe 10-20 minutes around 1:20 p.m.

I have had my oil changed here 2-3 times. The service has been good, besides the last visit. The mechanic (don’t remember his name) was showing me my air filters. One of my filters was located behind the glove box which required him to remove it. I appreciated him showing me the dirty air filter, however I did not want to purchase a filter from them. He was agitated when I declined. I did not realize until several days later, that my glove box was broken on one side.
