A company is considered good when it meets certain criteria such as good customer service, standards, values and inspires positive culture. I and people I know won’t be doing business with this company anymore. When we waited for 9 hours for their freight to be loaded on our truck and then they don’t want to pay the detention pay for 7 hours. Broker and his supervisor did all their effort to run us around. Finding excuses and blaming us so they don’t have to pay. Even the broker made a comment that he would throw a bone to us for a couple of hours of detention. But not the entire detention. There were 20 some trucks ahead of us to be loaded and 12 some when we left. We sat there hungry, sweating and did not complain about the wait because we knew detention will pay us. That is not right nor professional by any means. Where is your ethics and values?
