Tried twice to make a house key thinking first time was my fault that key did not work so tried 2nd time at request of customer service rep and held it steady but it was cut worse than first time. I figure something was wrong with the machine at that particular Menards. Both time my payments were refunded without asking but I wouldve preferred the three spare key! Customer Service was great but product, not so much....

What an awesome service. Had no idea this was a thing - you scan your key at Menards in a kiosk, order the type and amount of keys you want, and it gets delivered to you within a few days. Really cool! Keys work great

I ordered a spare apartment mail box key at the kiosk. It is a rarely duplicated kind of postal key, so it could only be measured at the kiosk but not made there. It had to be made elsewhere and sent to me by mail. Very easy and priced right!

Worked pretty slick, fast and easy, but likely was more expensive than a hardware store machined key.

It was quick and the key worked. I was worried that sometimes copied key do not work then what would I be doing?

This key station makes it super easy to copy a key. I needed a few more house keys to give to my adult kids. However, it didnt have a match for a key I really needed, so I will need to go to a locksmith.

After one key did not work, I had a great experience with the prompt customer service and was able to get the keys which I needed cut. The response time and service provided were top notch! The product itself works great!
