I came into this Verizon store to return a phone that was not working out for me. John was great in assisting me with all the related issues. He was very helpful and very attentive and patient throughout the entire process. I recommend this location to anyone who is within a commutable distance for all their Verizon needs.

Had some issues getting our phones and quality services at another Verizon store. Came to the Eden Prairie store and John was an absolute rockstar. Would definitely recommend going to this location and working with him.

John was very helpful, nice while helping me with my phone. Gave me a discount on my phone even made sure I understood what to do when everything was all done. We cracked a few jokes while waiting for everything.

I went to visit the Verizon store in Eden Prairie on Wagner Way. I was having issues with my Google pixel 3 phone it wouldnt take any more pictures. Ronnie, the sales technician, was working that day handled the issue with professionalism in addition with my phone there were six other customers in the store, each and every one of them was taken care of with patience, with professionalism, and dignity. He never showed any aggravation, he was very professional I would recommend if anyone needs any service done to their phone go see Ronnie at the Wagner way location.

Every time I have called or come to the store hes been attentive and always willing to help and go the extra mile even to the point of helping with billing, phone replacement, and technical issues with my phone. So let me start out with I hate Verizon, and hate dealing with the mothership customer care team. With that being said, John and Josh were great about getting the BOGO applied that customer care conveniently lost, and then stole the sale from Josh on. I would highly recommend work with these guys again...their manager should really give them a monetary attaboy

I went in with a long list of changes, and they were great. I worked with Josh who was super nice and very patient, despite also having to help two other customers with their long lists at the same time. Very impressed.

Mitch handled 4 customers at one time and never missed a beat! He got me a steal of a deal and answered all my questions while being busy. I usually get terrible service at Verizon and I will say I’m impressed!

Alec & Josh were extremely helpful in adjusting my plan. They even spotted errors I had previously attempted to fix through Verizon Customer Service. Verizon Customer Service was unable to understand or solve my problem. Within 5 minutes of entering the store, Alec and Josh were able to correctly identify my problem and fix it. This resulted in a $25 reduction in my plan cost. I will not hesitate to come back even though it’s far away from my house because of the outstanding quality of service.

I came in here cuz every other Verizon had failed me. I sat on customer service for hours and then I tried to get an appointment at the other location which brought me back to customer service. I just walked in this location and they helped me when they were done with the people before me and that was the longest I had to wait. They made my plan better for me and got me a new Sim card at only $20. Ill be coming back for sure when I upgrade my phone.

I rarely post reviews but I was really impressed by the service I received at this store. Not only was I provided with what I needed - upgraded phone, new line and plan at the best price, I also received the best customer service I could have hoped for. While we experienced some delays during the data transfer (out of anyones control), Alec assured me that it was no problem for him to wait. He ended up finishing setting up my phone at 9:00 pm when the store normally closes at 8 pm. While I didnt want to be an inconvenience, I truly appreciated going home and being all set with my new device. Alec really knows the products well and I am so grateful for his help. He definitely cares about his customers. I will never go to another Verizon location anymore.

We went into the Verizon store at hyw 5 and county road 4. They were so very helpful and very willing help me get my phone working again. They were very helpful also helping me get my military discount. We did not have to make an appointment, were able to walk in and there were several sales associates to help. We are very pleased and lucky to have a terrific store in our comminuty.

This is the place to go to get your phones! I love working with Andy! He is so patient with me and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. I had a lot of questions because my children are getting into their teens and with Covid we need better phones, more data, and better service, for school and keeping up with their friends. It was a list of questions and he knew the answer to every one of them. With us being down an income during Covid, Andy researched the very best deal for the phones that we need and was so helpful and nice about it. Figuring out how to transfer from a different carrier, no problem. He knew exactly what to do and it wasn’t hard at all.
