From sales guy, Kody, to all of the on-site employees, they all know what they are doing and are all professional and have all the right equipment/machines. Our basement looks and smells fabulous where before was an ugly problem. I challenge you to find a better price. We suspect that some big name companies price for insurance coverage, but these guys give fair prices for homeowners on their own dime.

I would highly recommend AdvantaClean for any water damage/mold issues that you have! We called for water damage over the weekend, and they sent out someone first thing Monday morning (non-emergency issue). The process was extremely organized, competitive pricing, and friendly service. We cannot say enough great things about their employee - Dan! He was five-stars, amazing to work with! He was very professional, took tons of before/after photos, communicated with us each step of the way, and was always available to reach out to with additional questions. Fast, responsive and professional. Quickly removed mold in my house. Timing was crucial as we had carpet coming in; they were able to test, treat and seal in time for the carpet to be put in.

We had Scott come out and quote a small mold remediation project. Scott is an absolute professional. He answered all of our questions honestly and explained the process in detail. Scott provided us a quick and reasonable quote. I highly recommend Scott if you have mold issues!

When my home was flooded in June, only one company responded to my call for help. Erik, of AdvantaClean was at my home within just a few hours. He followed up regularly. At the end of the day, I am glad that the other companies were too busy to respond. I got the best service.

Hired this company to remove mildew and to clean the air ducts. My family and I are very happy with the results. Although my schedule was hectic at the time of service, his team was more than happy to work around it and make sure it was done in a timely fashion. I called AdvantaClean early this morning after reading their Google reviews. We had some flooding in the basement with drenched carpet and bad smells. They came within one hour for emergency service! The furniture was moved, carpets/pads came up, base boards removed, drywall demod, and mold was found. It was quickly sanitized and removed in a safe way so the mold would not spread or get into the air. They worked fast but also explained well what was happening, which I really appreciated. Communication is key. I was really happy with that. It was Dan and Zach who were on site, plus one other.I will need to find a contractor to put the house back together again --- carpet, wall, baseboard, painting, and to fix the driveway and outside foundation which was the cause of the leak down the basement inside wall. No plumber needed.Good service. Fast. Thorough from what I can see. They are cleaning up nicely afterward which is great too. Many companies just leave and dont care to pick up!!! Thanks for being so professional. This really sucks but I am glad I called this company.

We had an Excellent experience with AdvantaClean of Southwest Mpls in October, 2015, from beginning to end! Everyone we had contact with (Zach, Dan, Marty, Erik) was very customer service oriented, professional, capable, and responsive. We had their entire 4 step process done and we feel it was well with worth it. My wife and I were very pleased and we both have high expectations of people who do work on our home.

I was misled to think that Eric was telling the truth when he told me I didnt need to get competitive bids because insurance would pay a set amount. In the end I was paying it and they charged more than $100 per hour for service and more than $100 per day for use of dehumidifier.I would not recommend this company.

AdvantaClean came out to do restoration work on my house because of a backed up sewer line. They were recommended to me by RightMark Plumbing out of Buffalo. I called Zach (who I was told to reach out to) and they were out at our house within a few hours and went right to work removing carpet and setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Over the course of the week, they were here daily to remove drywall, doors, molding and continue to move fans and dehumidifiers around the basement to dry things out.They are all hard workers, courteous, kept me continuously informed and left the job site neat and picked up every time they left.Removal of the lower portions of the walls and trim was done well and professionally.Jose was here every time and I cant say enough about his hard work, great attitude, always keeping me informed and was very respectful.He worked alongside of Justin and Kenny who also were great in the above ways.Upon conclusion of their work, they throughly cleaned up and left the site ready for the next phase.I would highly recommend using AdvantaClean for restoration of your home!!!

I was the lucky winner of a free home duct cleaning contest a few weeks ago. We had our house built and have been in it for 16 years and never have had the ducts cleaned. Something we really never thought about. Zach and Dan came out and did a great job, and both we very nice. I couldnt believe what they hauled out of here. My wife came home and said the air in the house seemed so much cleaner. Its been almost a week and we have noticed definitely noticed a difference in the amount of dust and in the air quality. We were selling my mother-in-laws townhome and the home inspector discovered some mold in the basement rim space, and our closing was set for less than 14 days away. Erik adjusted his schedule and met me at the house the following day-he was right on time. Very nice guy, easy to talk to, and helpful. I explained the buyers concern (they were thinking of backing out) and he assured us that the amount of mold we had wasnt uncommon. He provided a price that same day, and they put us on the schedule for the following week (again they made adjustments to get in ASAP). Because we exposed more area between the quote and day of removal, the scope of the job grew.
