Very rude and intimidating person. When after having to return his work twice again I expressed my disappointment with the poor tailoring work done and asked him if he could rework some of the worst parts, first he threw my clothes on the floor and then when I said I would not pay for mutilating my belongings he grabbed it back and refused to hand me back my belongings before I paid in full for the terrible work. I was shocked and felt so intimidated that I even called the police but they would not come before he would do any criminal offense,I feel like I was robbed. He ruined my clothes and took my money. I will never set foot in his store again and strongly recommend the same to everyone elsePictures of his work attached. This review is long overdue...Over the past 3 years, my girlfriend and I have taken +20 pants, dresses, vests, shoes and jackets to be either repaired or altered.Ever time we have picked something up it was exactly what we wanted, and we will continue to come here for future alterations and repairs!

The best service and product around. Stay away from the mall places and chains, you’re just paying for their rent. These folks are top notch and have pride.

Ruined a $400 pair of shoes 2 days before my wedding. Didn’t even apologize or accept fault. Don’t bother with this place, plenty other options in the area with better service.

Had my casual/dress shoes resoled including heel replacement for $65. They did a such a great job the shoes look brand new. Completely worth it if you have an expensive or favorite pair of shoes that need help.

Always get my dressed hemmed or altered here, Fast, Great price, and great owners! very nice. I work at a Pilgrims and I have to say these prices are WAY better. People who write reviews about the prices being expensive dont know how much it costs at a Big commercial cleaning place.

COVID HOURS CHANGES:I’m bringing in two purses that need new zippers but discovered the shop is closed. I called and a recording informed me they are open Mondays and Fridays, 8-2. Plan accordingly!

So my poor fiancee brought in a wrap to have a simple cut done to it. She even drew this guy a picture. He screwed it up so much it is useless now. What a waist of time. How can you work at a tailor and not even be able to cut a straight line? That just makes no sense. This guy needs to be let go and fine another career.

There is a much better Tailor less than 2 miles away from this place. Enough said.

Better ask about pricing before you leave tableclothes!!! I dropped off three large(48 x 90) tableclothes to be laundered, expecting between $10-$15.00 ea. I picked them up and the man said that will be $79.20!!!!!!! I couldnt believe it!!!!!! I said you got to be joking, I could buy brand new ones for probably $30.00 ea, and your charging me just over $26.00!!! Thats OUTRAGEOUS, I will never go back there for anything. Dont forget, ask how much upfront and so you dont get burned like me.

Not good at all ive gad my shoes shines+Ive had clothes repaired, and their work is shabby at best and expensive. They dont deserve a star at all!!!

So terrible services. I bought my brand new Valentino in for adding sole to the bottom of the shoes. Some how they scratched the Valentino name and all over the place.. Horrible mistakes of bring your nice shoes here to fix.. Bad experience and will never come here again

Did a fantastic job repairing dog chewed dress shoes, same with jacket with broken zipper. Service sometimes could be better but, no complaints.

Had a bunch of clothes taken in after dropping 50 lbs. They are great!
