They are professional, & friendly, they completed our house in a very timely manner, they cleaned up after themselves and were just all around very wonderful to work with. MN Duct Pros cleaned our ducts last week as we moved into our new home. They were amazing! - arrived in time, confirmed the total cost according to the amount of vents and adding the dryer vents cleaning as requested. They did an amazing job cleaning (such a difference in air quality in the house!!) and to top it off, had fantastic customer service on site and while booking. We ran into a small issue with the CO2 detector and they went above and beyond to ensure everything is fixed and doing well before leaving (after they returned to help address the issue after finished working on the house!). I cannot recommend them enough, we will definitely be using them again!

Having a bad experience with a duct cleaning service in the past, I was skeptical about this service in general. But, these guys did a great job. We had our ducts cleaned, and added on the dryer vent that day. Upfront, honest, on time and professional.

Taylor and Nate did a fabulous job. I was having allergy issues after moving in to my new home. A few days after they were here my allergies disappeared. They were very informative about the process and were honest and knowledgeable on what I did and did not need. Would absolutely recommend!

Friendly, professional, on time, informative, priced right...Ive used a few other companies before, so heres the scoop:there are a few that are cheaper - but their work is not good. Its ok, but its not good.There are some that are more expensive - but it is not because they are better, but because they do lower volume and have to charge more.Ive used coupons and stuff like that before, but by the time they tally all the stuff they didnt mention at first its generally more expensive.These guys use a good cleaning method, are careful with everything, charge a fair amount per vent - no other fees.Going to recommend them to everyone I know.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. They were more than thorough and cleaned up after. Couldnt even tell they were here except the air in our house is so much better. No matter how good a company is we dont ever recommend them to our friends because they will find a way to complain - but we ARE recommending this company. It would be a sin not to.

We were having issues with our dryer - getting a code that said our vent was blocked. They were able to squeeze me in the next day and found the issue. They were great to work with. We’d definitely use them again.

MN Duct Pros were very professional and did a great job. I liked that they provided images of before and after the cleaning. I had them quote me for two dryer vents, but they informed me that the second one didnt need to be cleaned so they didnt charge me for it! They also gave me some recommendations to make one of my dryer vents accumulate less debris. Very trustworthy, informative, and I would highly recommend them.

Cant say enough about the professionalism. As a person who has asthma, having clean air ducts is very important for my overall health. I had never gotten my vents professionally cleaned and wasnt sure if they needed it or not. I shot MN Duct Pros an email, and in less then a week Taylor and Nate were able to come out. MN duct pros are fantastic. We had been putting off getting our ducts cleaned for a while as we weren’t sure the benefits and were afraid it would be too expensive.
