Excellent service. I got a fitting for my ankle brace only minutes after my arrival. also, I got my brace within eight days. since Christmas eve day and Christmas day were included in those eight days, I was very pleased to get my brace so quickly.

I’ve been waiting over a month for my orthotics to come in. The person answering the phones has told me for the past two weeks that they are ready, and she just has to call insurance, and that they are short staffed. I understand when facilities are short staffed, but this is ridiculous. She is very rude on the phone. She also claims there’s no supervisor I can talk to. Extremely unhappy!!!
