I wasnt sure I really needed hearing aids, but my husband insisted I get tested. Life is so much better since I got them. I was very self conscious of how the hearing aids would look. My children & grandchildren didnt even notice that I was wearing them. They are comfortable. I felt that they were very expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.Amber has been very helpful every step of the way. I hope to be able to continue working with her for years to come. Amber has outstanding customer service. She did the testing on me and explained everything. I knew I had some hearing lost but not as bad as it was. One day for the testing, two days later for the mapping, two more weeks later another checkup. Amber wanted to make sure I was happy and that the hearing aids were working their best. This is the first time in at least 10yrs that I can hear my signal light indicator.
We cant say enough about the service from Amber and Robin. They go above and beyond, including house calls. When someone is older and cant hear, life can be unbearable. Their patience, especially when someone isnt in the best mood, is incredible to watch. For my mother, that is priceless. Thank you both!!!!!

Amber is always helpful and has the answers to any question I may have. I havent had much trouble with the hearing aides but when I did she got them working or replaced ASAP.
Their frequent junk mail keeps the recycling center employees working. There, I said something positive.The major effect of the annoying persistent advertising campaign is that their brand name is uppermost in my mind as the last vendor with whom I would work in the event I ever need hearing aids.

Melinda OMeara was completely rude and unprofessional when dealing with my mother who has severe mental illness as well as a severe case of tinnitus. My mother inquired about hearing aids and asked for a copy of her audiogram which Melinda said she would have to charge for. Never have I heard such a thing Marshfield clinic asked us if my mother would like a copy, never once asking for additional payment. Also Melinda OMeara belittled my mother for being upset and calling to inquire once again about her consultation.The manner in which you treat you customers speaks volumes about the type of business you conduct.
