We hired them to deep clean our brothers home to put on the market to sale. They did a beautiful job and the house looked brand new inside and out. I would highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs. Customer service was great to work with also.

Workers did a good job.Supervisor of these workers needs much training in working with customers and workers. Needs to learn to be truthful and get information to clients in a timely manner! Owner appears to believe supervisor over clients! Her business will struggle due to workers frustrations with the supervisor. Community needs to know this as it does impact you!

Today was my third visit from the wonderful team of Bri and Ray at Maug Cleaning. Let’s just start out with the fact that I’m not a tidy person. I called Maug Cleaning and made appointments twice for Donna to come over, look at my house, listen to what I wanted, and give me a quote. I ended up canceling both appointments because I was ashamed of the mess. Finally, I made and kept an appointment. Donna came over and put me completely at ease. She was completely non-judgmental, listened to me thoughtfully, and sent me a quote when she got back to her office.The paperwork they sent was very professional and thorough. I’ve had cleaning people before, but Maug Cleaning was so on top of things that I felt immediately comfortable with them.The first time Bri and Ray came, they set right to work and tackled my clutter and the dirt beneath it. It took longer than a normal visit because there was so much to do. Now that we’re on a regular bi-weekly schedule, they breeze through in a little less than an hour. And they wash the floor on their hands and knees! I don’t think my floor has ever been cleaned on hands and knees.Maug Cleaning rocks. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Our last parent passed away and requested cleaning from Maug prior to putting the house on the market. There were smokers in the house and we requested the 1st floor get cleaned as well as walls and windows washed. It was done by I believe a team of 8 and they did a fantastic job. My sister and I were thrilled that they did so well and it really saved us time and our bodies as we only had to do the basement. Well done Maug and many THANKS!

We also had our basement flood a few years back and Maug Cleaning showed up on a Sunday evening to help us remove the water quickly, which resulted in minimal damage given how promptly they responded to help. I had Maug Cleaning do a deep clean on my home. Before I left in the morning for work, 3 courteous ladies arrived. When I came home, my house was spotless! Floors, windows, the bathrooms, light fixtures, blinds; all clean! My home was so clean I almost didnt let the kids or my husband inside! If you need your home deep cleaned or cleaned in general, this should be your first choice! I will be having regular cleaning service set up as well.

Maug Cleaning does an outstanding job in our small office and production facility. We consistently have the same person and she does a great job. She is thorough and reliable. I would recommend her to other businesses. The only concern I have with Maug Cleaning is their communication. If our regular girl is on vacation so arranges someone to cover, but that person often does not show up and the office does not call us. They need to do a better job communicating with clients.

I think they genuinely care about providing exceptional service.Original Review: I really wanted to rave about this company, but some things just didnt meet our expectations. Windows: All glass inside and out was very clean, though, not all screens were replaced properly. I had to walk around and clean out the interior parts of the windows where they slide, as well as wipe down the walls because of residue and dripping left behind. Bathrooms: The tubs, sinks, and toilets were very clean. One toilet seat did have the white finish rubbed off, either because they scrubbed too hard or the cleaner was too abrasive. Floors: The grout in our upstairs bathroom and entry-way was well-done and very clean. The hardwood looked swept, but beyond that, my husband said it didn’t really look any cleaner. The downstairs bathroom floor was not scrubbed. The morning after the cleaning crew came, I had to scrub the floor. The carpet looked vacuumed, but I had requested carpet cleaning and was charged accordingly. What they charge is excessive for what we got. I did provide this feedback and they left me a message to call them. After I returned their phone call, I didn’t hear back. We will not hire them for our new home. Also, be aware they do not take all forms of payment.

Everything was so clean, even down to the toothbrush holder and shampoo bottles in the bathtub! Floors shined and so did appliances. My daughter has cancer and the house needed a good deep cleaning, Maug delivered! Can’t wait for my next cleaning!

Horrible place to work for

For years I have had Maug Cleaning provide annual carpet cleaning for my Chiropractic office space. I am always impressed and pleased with the quick but thorough cleaning work done. Depending on the time of year and our office schedule, Maug Cleaning has always been flexible with when theyve cleaned our carpets. I would highly encourage them for commercial and home carpet cleaning.

Just started using Maug Cleaning services to replace our last commercial cleaning service. WOW, what a difference! Becky and her team do a very thorough job, cleaning from top to bottom. Not disappointed and would highly recommend!

I hired them to clean our 3 bedroom 3 bath house. They insisted on coming out and doing a hard estimate prior to cleaning. Fine. We agreed on a price. So, no surprises. They came out a few days later, but DID NOT clean 2 of the bedrooms or 2 of the bathrooms. And they charged me $900! They sent 6 people and charged hourly even for their travel time to and from the home?? Seriously? How is it my problem how you get to your job? Totally outrageous price for a normal cleaning. This was not fire damage or flooding, mind you--just routine house keeping. Then they threatened to send me to collections when I had the audacity to complain. Becky, the owner, was condescending and very rude. BEWARE! Super high prices and then they threaten to ruin your credit. It was a nightmare. Finally settled for $700 after many months of anguish and stress. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Very, very happy with this service! There was confusion about the billing, but I’m hopeful we have it worked out now since this is something I look forward to and that allows me to spend more time with family and doing things I enjoy!

Very unprofessional, hung up the phone on me on purpose because they didnt have any answer to my question. Poor customer service.Andrea called me and said she ll come to my place at 10:30 but came an hour early and I was not ready for her. What if I was not even at home?For a small apartment kitchen and just the 2 bathrooms she said it ll take 12 hours. I mean are you kidding me?its not even the whole apratment.Very disappointing.

They did a great job taking care of all the little details in our house. We were very happy we went with Maug Cleaning and will do so again!

I dont recommend working for them. Maybe to clean your business or home, but then again I feel sorry for all of their employees. They treat their employees so horribly, and they wonder why the turn over rate is so bad. They will work you until youre blue in the face, and they wont help their employees when they need it the most.
