This is an old fashioned, long tunnel car wash that is absolutely not touch free, and I love for that reason - summertime sun-baked mud and beach sand came off my car in a single pass through. Their monthly subscriptions are priced very reasonably, and as long as you roll through at least twice a month youll be saving money over hitting up a pay-as-you-go car wash, which will certainly makes keeping salt off my vehicle in winter a lot less expensive. To top things off their customer support was very friendly and helpful when I ran into a small glitch with my credit card - I got a real human being on the first try - and didnt have to deal with one of those endless phone trees that leads to an unhelpful recording. I dont think Ill keep a subscription every month of the year, but Id absolutely recommend these guys for wintertime car washing for salt removal at the very least.

I did not experience their car wash. My son informed me that they have free vacuuming. Theres about six stations for this purpose. I was in a rush. Youll have to search for the hoses with the best suction. I ended up using the third stall. Hoses for each side of the car. Otherwise, one will extend to that reach.

Did a great job on my car. Only recommendation is a little longer on the dry time.

The price is great here for monthly subscriptions but theres absolutely no point when the wash leaves your car soapy and dirty all over. Like it misses the bottom half of my Altima almost completely. If I wanted to hand wash my car in winter I wouldnt give you guys my money. I have to vacuum my side mirrors because the rinse doesnt get the soap in the mirrors so if I was to drive straight out of the car wash Ill have soap flung all across both sides of my car. The head pieces of the vacuums comes off, with every aspect of my experience here now being incredibly frustrating Im pretty much done with it. Currently in search of another place. Ive been subscribed to Clean N Classy with several different cars over the past four years or so and its consistently gone downhill. The picture Im uploading is an example of what happens if I just drive away straight out of the wash. This doesnt even show how bad the car looks outside of it but you get it.

Not a good car wash. $18 and bugs still all over front of vehicle. Asked for a brush so I could finish what the wash didnt do. Was told no brushes because of liability. Ridiculous. Told attendant I wasnt happy with results. Attendant responded,that he wished he could help me.Wont be back

Would probably not return. Paid $18. Car emerges very streaky with wet windows, and “free” vacuums don’t do a good job at all. For $10 dollars more, head to Clear Water to have workers do all the vacuuming for you, plus they clean the interior with wipes and hand dry the exterior.

Super disappointed. My front bumper doesnt look like it was touched. I like that they have an attended to help as I had never been through before. But my car is not clean. I used the vacuum that is very nice set up however I had to move my car twice to find one with decent suction. Overall I love the concept if the result would have been decent outcome.

It will get the dirt out of your car but not as clean as your expected. It cant get the bug out from the front bumper also.

I went to the new location on Brackett and was highly disappointed! It didn’t get my car clean in a lot of places and I even purchased the highest package. Very very disappointed. I wish I could attach pictures to show the dirt that was still on my car.

Clean N Classy is a very disappointing car wash and it was a waste of money for me. I paid $18 for their Lava Shield wash today and my car came out of the wash with a lot of soap still on it and the car was very wet, like the dryers did not function properly. I had to take it to Kwik Trip to go through their wash and get the soap off the car before it dried. Do not waste your money on this car wash.

I Like the wash aspect, I like the monthly program... Customer Service is a 1 star. I go in a few times a month.. not daily so they are still making money on me. Least they could do is show a little appreciation for your loyalty....you know who I am, put on a smile next time I come in. In this day and age people should be happy to have a job. Remember, the customer is not an interruption to your work, they are the reason you have a job.

First time there, the guy who helped us said if its not the clean you like come back around and we will wash it again. Plus free vacuums 🙂

I had a new car, wanted to keep it clean during the winter and I figured Id go once a week or so. The monthly rate is a deal if your vehicle can take the pounding of a touch car wash. Mine could not and they clearly state that any damage caused by their wash is on you. They are hard to get a hold of and are banking on you subscribing to their service and forgetting it. The brushes are ok state. Most are clearly towards the end of their life but still functional. The wash also always left my vehicle soaking wet.

I really like the way this car wash cleans my truck. Best it has looked in a long time. Reason for the 4 Star instead of a 5 is that I received a coupon for a month free of basic car washes. I brought that in and they told me that I could upgrade to a higher package and will receive a month free with the upgrade, basically buy one get one free. I said sure and they stated that I will have a reoccurring charge until I cancel. I have no problem with this except that I did not get my free month until I called. After repeated attempts I finally could talk to someone and the gentleman on the phone was fairly rude and made it sound like it was my fault. He asked, that if he gave me a free month that it would then resolve my complaint. I told him that this is what I was told I would get when I signed up and he said fine he will give me the month and then hung up. Like I said the car wash I think does a great job and the price is very acceptable. NEED TO WORK ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASPECT!!!Would be nice to see that these guys actually might enjoy there job!Keep on cleaning!!

I purchased a monthly package for my Wifes new car back in January. I was pretty happy with the fact they are open when most are closed in the Winter. It is really nice to be able to wash some salt off during the Winter Months. One of the employees told me that if we referred another vehicle we would get 1 month free and that person we refer would get 1 month free. I asked if it could be in the same home and they said not a problem. Well we signed up another vehicle, the employee confirmed with me at the wash that we would get a free month on the Wifes vehicle and a free month on mine. It would just take a month and they had to charge for the first month. Well, it has been 2 months now and we are still being charged every month. Never received our free months. I like the car wash but I cant give them 5 stars because we were never given what we where promised. You can not get anyone to answer a phone there either. I will be going in there personally. They need to deliver on what was promised.

Quick and easy. The staff will guide you in. Throw it in neutral and watch the show. I go through a couple times a week. Especially in those winter months for the salt buildups. And with the monthly pass, you can go through as many times a day you need to for $15. You get free dash wipes and air fresheners that stick right on the vent of your vehicle. My wife told me to add that she loves the pink color foam. Oh and did I mention free vacuums! Even if you dont get a wash. I always see people roll in to the back side of the building just to take advantage of this nice perk.

I ho here often. This is by far, the best car wash in town. I have tried many places and this car wash is by far the best. Plus you get free vaccuum service. I get the VIP which for the price, you are getting your moneys worth. You can literally drive through this car was as many times a day as you want. I will never go to another car wash place again.

Single and monthly packages are available and there are really a lot of options.Staff experience has always been friendly and fun!Anyone who knows me, knows that I bring my blind Boston Bulldog with me and hes always got his nose out for a pet and a treat from the attendant.The wash is great and Im always happy with it. Great quick service. Even when there is a line of 8 cars in front off you, it moves quickly. Most people seem to buy a package of some sort, so they just scan your window sticker, you go in and the system knows which wash to do. Very fast. I only wish the dryer section was a little longer to get more water off, especially in colder weather.

Such a great service! Cant beat the monthly subscription price! The cars move through quickly, the staff is always attentive and helpful. Free vacuums in excellent working condition located on the backside of the building. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to add a few extra feet to some vacuum hoses for long vehicles. I have to vacuum the front and then turn my vehicle around to vacuum the rear/hatchback. This is a minor issue though.

A really good car wash with good staff. Only one complaint there are dryers arent so effective. But the highway you get on when you leave as 45 miles an hour enough to finish blowing the little water drops off the car. And their vacuums are amazing. $15 for unlimited washes for a month... really cant complain.

I long distance travel for work and pleasure and I use this car wash a lot for their cheap subscriptions to monthly plans. I would recommend this car wash for people like me and people with older vehicles. I drove through this car wash with my new Subaru and it got scratched pretty bad, and it seems they have no policies for such. I would never ever recommend bringing a new car into this wash.

Clean and Classy is a great carwash with wonderful people working there. Always kind and courteous. The only slight problem that I have had is the dryer doesnt always dry the car completely on the exterior. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say!

Quick and Clean!

I purchased the $30 a month unlimited wash deal, which for the first week was great. Did a thorough job washing and drying my truck. Then they took out the buff and shine drier because it caused too much damage to peoples cars they claimed. After that, the other driers didnt do much good. Left half the water on my truck. Employee claimed that the package price would drop because of the drier not being there anymore. That didnt happen. When u first pull in the employees guide your vehicle in to line you up properly, buuuuut they dont do a good job of this and I ended up gouging my drivers front wheel because of it. Immediately cancelled my plan and wont go back again. Brand new rims are worth more than a good deal on a decent wash

I enjoy the unlimited pass and the staff are wonderful, but it does not clean the back hatch of my SUV very well and does not dry well, either. Just the air blowers do not get rid of a lot of water - I have to use both my front and rear windshield wipers pretty much immediately after exiting.

Brought my brand new 2019 Altima with roughly 100 miles on it, came out with 3 noticeable scratches on it. They won’t do anything about it. Didn’t have any problems with this place before but I will not be going back here. Poor management

I went through the car wash with my 2016 Chevy Silverado and the brushes which they just installed put scratches all over my truck. All over it!!! Also, it removed clearcoat! The guy working there told me they just installed new brushes and just recalibrated it. The owner would not do anything about it! All he has to do is have the scratches professional buffed out and I would be happy.

Low to midgrade at best car wash. Lots of holes in the wash and i will explain. But i have to mention my expectations are higher then the average customer. I only use automated car washes during cold weather when my vehicle needs salt and sand removed as much as possible. Any temps over 30-40°f and I prefer to hand wash.The top tier wash will cost you around $18.00 monthly plan will cost $30.00. Heres a huge marketing tactic. Make the top wash seem expensive and work the monthly plan in at what appears to be a steal.The wash is worth $8.00 at most. Depending on what kind of vehicle is in front of you will determine some aspects of your wash. If a car is in front of me the side of my vehicle will be washed pretty decent. If a large pickup is in front of me the spinning chamois will bump the sides off and on. Soap!! The whole point of the wash is a good soap. A good soap can provide a fantastic wash even for a automatic. However having a dry, cold and frozen vehicle sprayed lightly with soap mist and immediately hit with Shami will scratch. I dont think ive ever been to a car wash with similar features that refuse to pre spray your vehicle with a pressure washer and pre treat. Makes a MASSIVE difference in end results.The rear of pickup trucks WILL NOT I REPEAT! IT WILL NOT SPRAY ANY SOAP AT THE REAR. Why? It shuts off 2 ft before the back. The 1st time i ran my vehicle through it came out pretty dirty for a 18.00 wash. But... with the monthly plan your less inclined to complain. Hmmmm interesting.. i attempted to contact the company regarding leaving dirty and other issues with no reply.Drying section is not any better. Imagine being behind a vehicle that was not washed properly and some ice mixed with sand gets blasted off and smokes yours?... well i can tell you it sucks. Another great feature due to the system being programmed to shut down before the back is near. The free vaccuum area looks pretty sketchy. In the end result im stuck using for 1 month. I wont allow another monthly charge. If you dont mind spiderweb scratching all over your pride and joy that we all over pay for then by all means. Just understand until these issues are fixed you have to expect it.

Twice I asked for no reoccurring charges and monthly charges continued. So I feel that I was cheated. It may be a miscommunication issue but it did cost us and not this company.
