Great place security is wonderful

Have had a fairly easy rent with them so far. Easy to set up online, easy to pay online. And the one time I’ve had trouble with the website a quick phone call got my rent paid with a fairly kind person on the phone. Only complaint was with the secure facility doors and having a bum code the first time we went to drop off things. No problems with that since. Fine facility so long as they keep improving!

Having issues with other tenants trailing me into gated storage area. Makes me feel like they are trespassing. Having security concerns.

Absolutely terrible customer service. On their website, there is nowhere to cancel your unit to give them the 28 day notice they want. I received an email about my storage unit that is completely cleaned out (As of June 28th) but because I did not give them 28 days notice, they are charging me for the month of July as well. Do yourself a favor and use a storage unit that doesn’t charge you for a completely empty unit!

I love their temperature controlled storage. The building is always clean and the management is on site and always helpful when needed

Prices were great and easy to rent online.

Only visited a friends storage units so cannot vouch for the prices, but has a nice layout and plenty of space for driving around by the outdoor storage.

Woo-hoo! Climate controlled storage units!!! My 10x10 indoor storage unit is only $65 a month. Its a secured building and Brian the manager is a pleasure to work with! Sooooo glad I finally made the switch to this company, these units and this location.

When there was flooding and the indoor storage was damaged along w a lot of stuff, they were unwilling to offer a solution or cleaning supplies. Outside storage lot is always late being plowed which affects access. Half the time the doors (which require a pin number) are not working so its definitely not secure storage. Very cranky staff.

Secure, as long as the others tenants follow the rules.

Love the indoor storage. Clean and carts available to haul items.

Anything that involves Menard is okay at best
