Wow I love this company, I came in thinking I was just going to get a great job, but what I found that this is actually a full learning and developing job and that the owner his self take initiative to make sure you grow. This is definitely a learning experience moving forward, I can take this new found skill set anywhere in the company and be successful, but I rather grow from with in. Thanks Shodel

Previously employed with Garden Coast Consulting.Owner-Shodel Waites has a super smooth demeanor. A lot of confidence but humble too. I was inspired by his success story.Interview process:1st initial interview was not even 20 minutes. (i was super nervous anyway, so that was good) I was invited to a second interview the next day.2nd interview was like 30-40 minutes- very thorough. About promotability opportunities within the company. Super awesome. I was invited to training.Training- was a couple hours for 2 days in the corporate office. *paid training. ( nice office building, near the Mercedes Benz dealership, really good for image lol - better then like a Toyota dealership) Anyway, training was super quick. Went over a lot in a couple hours two days back to back. I would have liked a few of the things in training more in depth but Im a quick learner and surprised myself lolIn the field training I was pared with different trainers. Each had a different style. I was super nervous bc the locations are really busy. Great learning experience. They took there time to answer all my questions.I was just excited to try something new in my career venture. I had to move with my family but I made some work friends. Overall I really enjoyed my experience with them.
