Most professional staff ever! My husband and I went to look for a 20th Anniversary ring for me. Such a wonderful place! Had a very good experience with all the staff! They worked so hard to have our rings sized in time for our wedding in such short notice (within 4 weeks). I went here for an engagement ring and it was a great all around experience. If they don’t have what you want in stock they can still find it outsourcing and even customizing. Lucinda was excellent. I’m a frequent shopper specifically of the estate pieces so my sister and I stopped in during the Aug 2020 estate sale. I was pleasantly surprised with the health measures put in place by the team. We were helped by Hilary and she was phenomenal! She was super knowledgeable of each piece we looked at and was able to tell us this history of each stone. It was so fun to learn more that size and price of each piece. Even though I didn’t buy from the estate sale this time, I did buy a full price turquoise necklace based on Hilary’s recommendations after getting to know my style during our visit. My 1st visit to Earth Treasures was to sell a piece of jewelry that was very close to my heart. I made an appointment for appraisals. I drove 2 hours from PA to visit the Earth Treasures Jewelers in NJ. It was an amazing shop with outstanding service providing insurance appraisals while I waited. Its difficult to find qualified appraisers and even more uncommon to be able to get same day service. The shop was constantly busy with jewelry shoppers. The store attendants were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Earth Treasures Jewelers.

Earth treasures is a must-go for engagement ring shopping. I walked in over a year ago to browse for rings. I was greeted by Brianna and told her that I was looking to try on engagement rings but I was not sure that my boyfriend was actually going to purchase a ring here. Despite knowing that, Brianna spent an hour with me reviewing the 4 Cs, dropping loose diamonds into settings and making suggestions. When I left I could not believe the excellent service I had received and knew I had to give my boyfriend her info. For the next year Brianna and I were in touch up until the following December when I completely changed the setting I had originally chosen. She again was so patient with me. When the time came, her and my boyfriend custom made my engagement ring setting and she helped him select a diamond that was more than what I couldve ever imagined. My fiancé and I just recently purchased our wedding bands there and the experience was equally amazing. I will forever use earth treasures for every jewelry purchase. Thank you Brianna!

I recently attempted to sell or trade a gold necklace back to Earth Treasures. I bought the necklace from them back in 2016 when market gold prices were $200 less than what they are now. I paid over $900 for the necklace. So now with market gold prices $200 higher the most they offered was $350 cash or around $400 for a trade. I learned quickly that I paid way too much for the necklace and that they do not give fair prices for trade or sale. The bottom line is that I wish they would stand behind their product more and that they arent the only game in town.I have received substantially higher prices elsewhere. Buyer beware....shop around!

Worked with Brianna to pick out the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. I walked in with pictures of what I was looking for and Brianna put it all together. I came in a few times to look at different diamonds and settings and her knowledge, patience and friendliness reassured me that I was at the right place. Earth Treasures has a great selection for settings, which can cause indecisiveness on my part, but the second setting Beth suggested was perfect!! Great Experience! Fast! Custom Wedding Band madeI didnt like the way any store-bought bands fit the shape of my engagement ring. They took the stones out of my grandmothers band and made me a new shadow band that fits the angles of my engagement ring perfectly! When I first saw the new band, it was a little thicker than I had originally envisioned. Not a problem - they filed it down to match the shaft width of my engagement ring. I love the paired set!The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were honest about what they could and couldnt do, and did everything in their power to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

I had the best experience at Earth Treasures! I was looking for a wedding band to add to my already existing wedding band to create the stacked look and Joy was the BEST and helped me find exactly what i wanted ! She was not pushy at all, she knew and understood what i wanted and didnt stop until we found exactly my vision (which did not take long). Sherry and Jonathan worked as such a great team to create the perfect engagement ring!  My now fiancé and I were driving by Earth Treasures and decided to take a look. We initially met with Sherry, who went above and beyond to explain all aspects of a diamond to both of us. I had tried on a variety of settings, but being as picky as I can be… none of them felt right! I had a vision- a simplistic, yet classic solitaire.  With Sherry’s direction, Jonathan created a beautiful custom-knife edge solitaire with a Tiffany style setting. It was exactly what I had been looking for!

Always excellent service whether buying a $7.00 watch battery or $7,000 Diamond. Matched with their unbelievable inventory the value cant be matched. I was apprehensive when my son told me he wanted to go to Earth Treasures to buy an engagement ring for his girlfriend. As soon as I got there I immediately apologized to him for doubting him. The store is beautiful, so much merchandise, and the salespeople and staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating.
