My sister and I got our cartilage pierced here and I got my second ear lobe done as well. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Kate did our piercings and she was great. Process was super quick and painless and she made us feel super comfortable. This piercing pagoda isn’t the closest to me, but the drive is well worth it for the great service. Will be back again if I ever need more piercings!

Lousy phone service 30 minutes on hold, the woman never returned, problem with jewelry bought online. The problem was, it broke. Had my ten year old granddaughter’s ears pierced today for her birthdays the Eatontown store. The staff was great. Put her at ease and explained everything that was going to happen. Alissa and Devon did the actual piercing and they were super. No tears and lots of smiles. A great experience and one we’ll always remember fondly.

My daughter got her ear pierced in April for her bday, right before everything shut down. The rep was obviously new and untrained, because she pierces one ear at such an angle that it never healed correctly. $72 and we ended up just letting the holes close.

Quick and professional! Very clear about what steps are going to happen next while getting an ear piercing. Super nice and you see them put on gloves for sterilization.

If I could give no stars I WOULD! I stopped in with my little sister and there was an employee who was speaking very ignorantly. As my sister and I began to correct the employee, she became aggressive with her reply! My biggest issue with this employee is she offended me as a Haitian woman and then spoke to me as if I know nothing about MY RACE AND CULTURE!!!! Racism is thriving in this specific store and I’d advise all my brown people to find another store. The worst part is not one employee on shift stopped to correct this employee! As God is my witness this business will not last, not with racist ignorant caucasians!

They needed an ID/passport to get ear piercing. The lady said “it’s a new jersey law” but it’s not.
