Jordan was a charming young man who took the time to explain to me, late one evening, that Servpro could clean up my lovely but broken mirror in a timely fashion so my precious dog would not be confined to the upper level of my home for an extended period of time. His team was courteous and efficient. The oversized broken mirror was removed post haste from my living room and promptly discarded. The remaining shards of glass were then swept up and disposed of. As the name implies, they’re pros! We had a water leak which impacted our walls and hardwood floors. Jordan arrived within just a few hours of our initial call. He assessed the damage and devised a cleanup plan. Chris and Meek were on the job shortly there after. They managed to do demo of 2 small walls that required flood-cuts, set-up 3 large fans and install 8 mats and dehumidifier to create a vacuum to dry out our floors. Chris and Meek did it with friendly quite professionalism. They were methodical and neat in a VERY challenging space. Shout out to Willie and Sly too! Everyone did a great job. Love you guys, but hope to never need you again, but if I do, I know that I’ll be in great hands.

SERVPRO will put your mind at ease! FYI, This is the 1st of 2 reviews I will write!I had water/sewer damage in the basement, and it was on a 1 week old brand-spanking new carpet. I called SERVPRO of Eatontown to see if someone could come and checkout the damage, and even though this is Thanksgiving week, they were able to get their amazing project manager Jordan to come out and assess the situation.Jordan was so professional and pleasant, and helped me understand everything that needed to be done, and made sure his crew came out within hours. In fact, it was probably no more than one hour.There was always a phone call before when Jordan arrived, and when the crew arrived, letting me know they were 10 min away.The crew that arrived was also very professional and courteous, explained step by step what they were doing, and they worked so fast!30 min or so to move furniture, remove the carpet pad, baseboard, and set up all the industrial drying equipment.I find it pretty stressful dealing with these situations, and the way SERVPRO deals with it, makes the whole ordeal so much less stressful.They will be back in a few days to do the cleaning in the basement and I will update my review then!I HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO of EatontownUPDATE 12/1As promised, here is my follow up review after all the work had been completed. Still a 5 star. Would be 10 Stars if they had that many!On Friday after thanksgiving, Jordan the Project manager called to let me know his crew were coming back to do the sanitizing/cleaning portion of the service, now that the wet area was dry. Matt from the team called and said they would be at my house in 10 min, 10 min later they were here. The work was explained, it was fast, it was thorough, and they were just so efficient. Then on the following Monday (clean floor had to dry), same routine, got a call, arrived on time and they cleaned the carpet. It was pouring with rain, so Matt made sure to put down protection for the inside to make sure nothing got wet or muddy, he steam cleaned my carpet, packed up and was done! I got a call from Jordan making sure everything was done, and that was it. Efficiency, communication, quality of work, all aspects get a 5 star.My carpet is clean(their cleaning solution smells amazing btw), my basement is sanitized, and the entire process was managed so well and was stress free. I do hope that I dont need their services again (haha) but I know who to call if something else like this happens. Call Servepro of Eatontown, I highly recommend.

Lenny did an excellent job handling all the paperwork and coordination while Chris supervised a great crew of workers to seal off the affected areas and remove all the damaged sections of my home. Each day my house was left clean as if they were never there. It was a great experience to have Servpro perform the water remediation at our home, I would strongly recommend this group.

Recently had this Serv Pro team repair water damage to my condo caused by an upstairs leak.All of the guys did extraordinary work... on my wall unit in the living room & in the kitchen with repairs & painting....one gentleman worked until 10 pm making sure the job was not only finished that day, but making sure everything was perfect!! One of the team actually came back after finishing a few hrs later to touch up a few spots & to make an extra repair for me on a different unit!!!I cannot thank these guys enough...they are Great!!!

I have used Servpro 2 times in the last 5 years. The first time was for a burst pipe which flooded the entire downstairs. Servpro showed up within an hour after my call. They were quick, professional, and courteous.The second time I used Servpro was when I left my Jeep open in the rain. The carpets couldn’t be taken out. There was 2 inches of water. Servpro took the Jeep that day. It was dry 2 days later. No musty smell. They were great. I would use Servpro of Eatontown again if I needed.

This was our first experience with water leak damage. We were overwhelmed but quickly came to the realization this wasn’t their “first rodeo”. But this wasn’t due to anything that the ServPro people did or said. From Lenny’s first visit and explanations of what was to happen, they couldn’t have been more accommodating. We hadn’t had anyone in our house, and has barely been out, since the beginning of the COVID “lockdown”, but it wasn’t an issue with the team lead by Chris along with the tech’s TJ, Matt, and Rashaun. They were professional in their actions and considerate of our circumstances and respective of our home. As situations arose, they explained what they found and what actions they were going to take. Each day ended with them wiping down doorknobs and surfaces that they may have touched.

ServPro of Eatontown / Long Branch responded to our call for a water loss in our building late one evening in March. They responded quickly and were able to minimize the damage to the area. They were professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to work with. Arrived on time when they said they were, gave us direction on how to move forward, cleaned up and where very neat.Shout out to Matt and Chris who hurried over that night, to Jordan the Project Manager for his oversight of the job, and to Kim in the office who got the whole thing started for us. I highly recommend Servpro of Eatontown/LB! We discovered a massive leak in the basement at 7:00 at night and the highly professional crew was at our doorstep less than an hour later! Lenny, Willy and Rob spent hours that night cleaning up the mess and continued to check on the drying process daily until everything was clean and dry. We have a newborn and I can’t tell you the peace of mind they gave us. The owner, John Majeski, even called us personally every day to make sure we were happy with how the job was progressing. They even helped me deal with insurance! I’m happy to report the basement is completely dry and mold free. I won’t call any other crew going forward!

Jordan was my project manager. He was on the job immediately and always answered my calls, and addressed any issues/questions/concerns throughout.Chris was my crew chief. He made sure that things were taken care of in regards to specific areas being dried out, sealed off, and cleaned up.The team was responsive and cooperative and understanding with my concerns throughout the process.This can be an expensive process and obviously you want it done right.I cannot comment on the rebuild/construction side. I never received the estimate I asked for from that department and did not use them.
