Ive been renting from this location for 10 plus years, I love to see how much it has expanded over the years. The owner is a very pleasant young lady and she makes booking so easy and shes very reasonable. The days they are all booked out, I sadly wait until they have openings because I refuse to book anywhere else on the lake. They keep their boats and skis updated yearly, always the newest and best on hand. Im really impressed, from customer service to what they have to offer for ever member of our family to do while on the lake.

Expensive for what you get!! They really take you to the cleaners. I rented and thought we were getting a luxury pontoon for the price and all they had were Bentleys (like getting a clean double wide)!! They look nice but supper cheap boats. These are not fair business practices. Checked out some other rental places and they had much better products for less money! Go elsewhere!! There are more and better options on Lake Oconee!

We had two couples on our vacation at a Lakehouse. We were referred to a Coney wild water sports by the owner. The boat was perfect. There was plenty of room, it started right up, and ran great. It was actually pretty fast for a pontoon boat. We will definitely use this company again next year when we come back.

I went with Oconee Wild Watersports because they were the best priced pontoon rentals and their equipment looked great. I read reviews about their equipment being cheap. If you know what you are talking about, Bentley pontoons are very well built vessels. Sure, they aren’t a Bennington. But we are talking about a rental service here. I was shocked when I saw the size of the pontoons(24’). Most rentals are way smaller. The 150hp on ours ran impeccable. Quiet, smooth, efficient. Boat was spotless when we arrived and ready to go. There wasn’t years of mildew build up, rot, corrosion’s, tears in the upholstery, NOTHING. I was at least expecting to see renter damage. These boats literally looked like new, privately owned and operated boats. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. They were fast in getting us on and off the water. The only complaint I have is that fuel was $4/gallon. But fuel is ALWAYS higher on the water than at the pump. It is what it is. I would recommend OWWS without blinking an eye

Had a great time this week at the lake. We rented a Pontoon boat one day and their Surf boat another day! The HeyDay surf boat was the kids favorite! The OWW team got us on the water quickly. If your thinking about renting at Lake Oconee, pick this family owned / local company. Don’t go with one the larger marinas or watersport companies. Support local!

$700 per day for a ski boat rental?!!? We have enjoyed renting from you for years but prices have gone up well beyond our budget.

We spent a week on lake Oconee and had a great time! The team at Oconee Wild Water Sports were a big part of making our stay so fun! We rented two paddle boards and canoes the duration of our stay which they delivered to our house, and a ski boat one day and pontoon boat another day. They made everything so easy for us! Water skis and tubes were included with our boat rentals. Both the ski boat and pontoon boat were very powerful and in like new condition. We rented a jet ski one day and pontoon the next. Unfortunately we went to rent the pontoon and all that was left was one without a cover that had been damaged the day prior. Oconee Wild Watersports was very apologetic and accommodating. They even called us an hour later and said they had a pontoon come back and asked if we wanted to switch. We were already having a blast so we just kept the one without a top. However, they took care of us for being inconvenienced. The customer service is incredible at this place. The prices are fair and everyone was so incredibly nice. The boats and Jet Skis are beautiful. Will definitely be back next trip to Lake Oconee

Most fun Ive had in my whole life, I love this place and highly recommend coming and enjoying yourself. The rental companies are very reasonably priced and it just amazing to be out here. I could say mouthful but that wont get you any closer to the water so come enjoy yourself.

I have rented a few boats here over the last few years. I would say they always have nice service, get you on the water quick. you can rent a tube also. it’s also a convenient location right there at the 44 bridge. I will say a few of the boats I’ve rented have been a bit rough, pretty beat up. a lot of wear and tear on them. my recommendation would be to rent the elite models that they have available and pay the extra money.

We rented a pontoon for the weekend. All the folks were very friendly and courteous. Boat was in great shape, not one issue. Plenty of life vests and the tubing was epic. Fair pricing and great service all around. Will definitely rent from here again.

Incredibly kind, friendly and helpful staff! Our boat battery was having issues and we were stranded in the middle of the lake behind their store when they generously offered to come out on their jet ski to jump our boat. They wouldnt accept our tip or payment so I feel a rave review is the least we could do. Thank you so much Oconee Wild Watersports!!

Very professional, last week was our second time renting from them and i would highly recommend we live in Atlanta its about a hour and a half from us but this is all the fun you need in your backyard, and with Covid going on its perfect for a family getaway!!

We rented a Pontoon boat as well as a tube and the entire process from booking, through arrival, and the team that went over the ins and outs of the boat and lake were top-notch! Oconee Wild saves the day! While they are a water sports rental business, Trey helped me out today in another way. I needed to go help friends out on the water who had a dead battery on their boat yet my boat battery was dead. I called Oconee Wild for help and Trey drove by boat to my dock with a loaner battery for my boat and an additional loaner battery for my friends...and he wouldn’t take any money! This isn’t a service that they provide but he was more than willing to help anyway! Very generous. Can’t thank him enough. If you are in need of a rental do not hesitate to use Oconee Wild Watersports!

The ride was nearly the only thing we enjoyed! We came here to rent 2 two passenger jet ski’s and the price was already more than what I thought I was told. $302.40 was how much it cost PER jet ski... kinda thought that was overpriced already but then after riding, can back and loaded up just to go on my bank app to see they charged my card $82.50 more for JUST GAS. Never once told us about the gas fee, nor was it on the website so I wouldn’t recommended this place at all. If I could post more comments to to get the rating lower I would.

Cant figure out why they get 5 star ratings. They yelled at at least 2 customers while I was in building then spoke violently against neighboring Pizza restaurant and then kicked people out of dock trying to get their pizza. They actually cussed them out! This is local business, so I guess this is how locals act? Notices they gave perks to those who rated them highly which doesnt do people looking to rent boats justice. Went next door where everyone was chill and very helpful and seemed to appreciate the community and all people. Ive never seen a business operate like this in my life. Their 4 8 rating has to be totally manipulated They are NOT what they appear!

I don’t often leave reviews but I wanted to say how impressed I was with this company . We stayed on Lake Oconee for a five days and during this stay we rented a boat / jet ski each day. During the first day we rented a great tri toon boat . The second day we rented a pontoon and jet ski and unfortunately we noticed the pontoon was broken . The owners did not hesitate to make things right and we were able to get a pontoon the next day for a few hours at no charge . The next few days we were suppose to have the hay day ski boat but when we arrived we found out that the boat was broken due to the party that rented it that day damaging it . This was extremely concerning to us as this was the day of a large family reunion and this was the entertainment. We spoke with the owner and she promptly made the situation right and we were able to have another boat in its replacement and a few additional hours on the jet skis . Bottomline they turned an unfortunate situation into a pleasant one and we were grateful and appreciative of their professionalism. I would recommend them and use them again .

Oconee Wikd is AWESOME!!! Our family had a BLAST this week. Kirsten, Trey and staff were amazing. Their boats and jet skis are amazing and brand new. They provide superior service to their customers. We will definitely use them again.

We rented a pontoon from Oconee Wild Watersports June 7th and we had the most amazing time! The location is fantastic because its convenient to town and between That Pizza Place and Ga Butts BBQ. The boat was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The process was easy, quick and non stressful. Highly recommend!

We rented a pontoon boat for 4 hours on a summer weekend. We booked about a week ahead and the guys at Oconee Wild Watersports were great! It was quick to reserve over the phone, and they sent an email confirmation with a link to watch a 10 minute safety video. My husband and I have never rented a boat before so they were patient explaining how to drive the boat and made sure we were comfortable. Their prices seemed competitive too- we paid $320 total for 4 hours on a pontoon plus whatever gas we used. The boat worked well and had an auxiliary jack if you want to bring a cord and play music. We highly recommend renting from here!

We took our jet ski in after it sucked up a koozie. They had us in and out. Trey checked it out for us made sure it was running properly. They were very friendly and they stay open later then the other boat/jet ski places!

Easiest rental experience! WE messed up on our drop off docks (gave THEM the wrong dock address) and they still let us use the jet ski for the two hour window starting when we hit the water. Renting from Oconee Wild was a great experience! The staff were very friendly and the two jet skis my friends and I rented were brand new, fast, and comfortable! I was surprised to find out that they also have paddle boards, kayaks, innertubes, and canoes for rent. I look forward to renting again from this outstanding business!

You really need to pay attention when they fuel up. If they are filling two and you are second make sure the pump starts on zero. I was overcharged because they went from one to another without going to zero. I asked about this but got no response. I did enjoy the lake although the boat needed a tune up.

I called to make a reservation for two jet skis for my sister, me, and our husbands while we were in Georgia visiting family. The reservation process couldnt have been easier. They told us exactly where to meet them, they arrived on time with two jet skis in great condition, went into detail on how to use the jet skis, and off we went. These things were fast! We had a great time, Kiersten even told us some great spots on the lake we could stop and get out for some additional fun. She was right on time picking us up, and off we went on our way. Highly recommend for a fun afternoon on Lake Oconee!

We took a ride around the lake and even had the opportunity to swim. the following day we rented 4 Jet Skis, which were in excellent condition and very fast. Super rude for no reason

Not the best. Went with them because they were cheaper but as my mother used to say you get what you pay for!! The pontoon boat was slow although the interior was just okay. I was embarrassed as I got this for my clients and thought I was paying for a higher end boat. The Bentley boats are on the lower end of the Pontoon scale. I had to hear about this from my boss for a week. Cheaper is not always better!!

Rented pontoon boat this afternoon from Ocoee Wildsports. Couldn’t have been better. Excellent, clean boat. Mechanically sound. They even provided us with complementary tube for our grandchildren to enjoy tubing the wildsports way. Awesome. We were a little late getting in. No problem. No extra charge. We did communicate with them via phone to keep them updated. I would highly recommend this company from which to rent on toon boat and jet skis.

I cannot beleive that this whole in the wall has any 5 stars much less this many. My brother rented 2 jet skis from them. When we checked in to their place the older guy there was really mean!! Told us that we lost time and that he didnt have time to deal with people not showing up on time. Then when out on the jet ski we saw them deliver to a dock near us and backed their customers into the water while the customers were riding the jet ski and the lady almost fell off after it took them about 3 tries to back in! Everyone knows that this is extremelly dangerous and could and almost did result in serious injury! The girl who backed them in didnt even apologize to them and the customers were pissed. We spoke to each other out on the lake and we both couldnt believe how rude and unsafe this company was. Also, the kid on the other jet ski couldnt have been over 16 years old and said he did not have boater license which is illegal. Obviously they did NOT care! Buyer beware, this is NOT a professional outfit and unfortunately trajedy is just around the corner with them! There are other options on the lake. If you value your life and money go with one of them!!UPDATE: The owner called me a liar in their response?? This tells you ALL you need to know about them. They rent to 16 year olds without licenses (illegal), back people up into water on jet skis, yell at you when you are a little late (I never wanted extra time or anything). I was never bitter with them selling me gas (obviously I owe it and have no problem with that). I am bitter that they yelled at me and my brother, called us liars, do things illegaly (bet that they dont even have insurance in case they have accident (seems like that kind of oranization). I have a business and would NEVER EVER think of running it like this. I am sure they take advantage of everyone who doesnt know any better (out of towners).
