Unprofessional. 4 mount and balance (redone elswhere), 2 missing caps and 1 damaged rim. And to make matters worse, srove care through crarer mud hold in their parking lot. Not what I’call a tire shop. Hacks.

I’ve know Justin and Jamie for over 20 years. I remember when they first started dating and us girls would give him a hard time. I knew then he was a good guy and he still is. He’s a good husband a great father and honorable businessman.

My daughter had a flat tire on her way to work and the front desk attendant wanted to make an appointment for 3:00pm that day. She pointed to the business up the street and said they would help us. The guys in back did put some air in her spare tire though. Thanks.

On the way from Georgia to North Carolina, we got a gash in our tire. We were desperate and called 5 minutes before closing. Justin himself stayed late, gave us expert advice and ended up helping us replace the tire with our spare (when no place around had the tire type). Most incredible service. Very happy with the work done to my Shelby GT500. Even corrected my steering wheel orientation when they did the alignment and that is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. It was originally only slightly off and I actually forgot to ask them to correct it but now its perfectly level. The prices are very fair as well. They will be receiving more work from me as needed.

The people here are terrific. Drove to Lake Oconee to pick up our son and return home the next day. As luck would have it our alternator went out on the drive to the lake on Thursday. We called about 8 places, most would not be able to do anything until Monday or Tuesday the following week.Justin’s not only had it done by 2pm Wednesday they were one of the least expensive options. They also were truly pleasant to deal with (coordinating tow truck drop off and scheduling work all over the phone). They fixed the car and never asked for deposit or prepayment. Called us when car was done and we paid at pickup.Fully recommend them based on our experience.
