First, they actually service Detroit and Highland Park! I called about 5 places before finding one that would service my area. The appointment was easy to make for the next morning.Burt called about 5 minutes before he arrived which I appreciated. He wasnt able to work on the machine because unfortunately we called someone else before CM that left the dryer a mess. BUT, Burt gave excellent advice! Thanks so much for coming out. Well definitely call CM FIRST next time.

We had a problem with our freezer door not closing properly. We had one company come out and they could not fix the problem. We called C M ALL Appliance and we were immediately given an appointment for the next day. Their technician, Josh, immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable and represented your company in a very friendly manner. I want to thank the secretaries and Josh for handling this so quickly for us. Was referee by my brother in law, the company actually fixed their dryer a few months ago and it’s still working. I was scheduled an appointment right away, I like how they technician called 10 mins before the arrived. The only ‘con’ I had was the fact neither technician had a shop vac to suck the water out of the machine to complete the job. I even thought had an issue the same day it was fixed and the technician came back out and figured it out. Over all everyone was polite and helpful. I will definitely refer and use them again.

I was a flood victim that happrn in June and I needed a estimate for my Electrolux washer and dryer, which both in up being none useable. The guy was very polite and knowledgeable I love the fact they had pictures so I can present them to FEMA. The only thing that was a lil difficult was sending me my paper work to my email I was originally told that all the estimates was going to be ready once I got there but it wasnt other then that everything else was okay

If you ever need service repairs, this is the company to contact. Ruth would be your contact person to speak with. I called on a Tuesday morning, had a service repairman out that morning for service. Naturally they had to order the part and to my amazement it was installed the next day. Ruth contacted their supplier who had the part and worked her magic. Hired company in June, 2020 to repair refrigerator. A few months later, the exact same problem surfaced again. Called them, emailed them - no response. Finally got them on the phone only be informed that there is only a 30 day warranty on a brand new replacement part. I was told that I could start the ENTIRE repair process over again and pay $$$. Representative began talking over me, cutting me off and then hung up on me. So rude. Never again.

Wish I could give them 10 stars! They came on time, diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix my dryer with no problem. Very personal and positive. I would highly recommend them for any repair you may have. If I have any appliance needs in the future, they will be my go to guys!

My fridge went out about a week ago so while searching the web I came across this company and saw it’s ratings..what a disappointment! Chris came out and did absolutely nothing. He did not do a diagnosis as I was promised for the $85 check out fee. He stood there looked and chatted about the fridge parts and it’s functions??. Then he continued to make assumptions of what could be wrong without physically looking it over aand priced us a $1300 estimate. When we said we’ll buy a new for that price. He then went on to say or it could cost about $800 with labor.. Nooooo, I’ll just call another company who’s willing to do a proper diagnosis and repair. What a waste of my $85 and time!

My stove was flashing an error code and I had called some other places. Most of them, the service charge was higher and I was given an appointment that was 2 weeks out. Something just told me to look online and C M All Appliance Repair popped up. They had good ratings on Google and Better Business Bureau so I decided to give them a chance. From beginning to end they were professional and courteous. Im glad I made the call. They were polite when entering the home. They had their mask on and they were very knowledgeable about the repair. They diagnosed the problem and let me know when the part would be available and came out the same week to fix it. This place is a place every homeowner needs as a to-go repair shop. I will definitely call them again if I need service. It was fast, quality service.

I have used first class appliance for 20 years but they have been so busy that they couldnt come right away. So I called this company and Chris was sent out to my home. It took him 1 1/2 hrs to determine what was wrong and told me it would be $300 to fix it. Not feeling very comfortable with the whole thing, I did not have him fix it. I decided to call my go to guy at 1st class appliance and when he came it took him a 1/2 hr to diagnose and repair the problem. The part that needed to be fixed was not even the part the CM told me i needed. I would not recommend them at all.

Great to work with! They spent a lot of effort resolving my freezer issues. They were professional and considerate. They did extra work investigating solutions and communicated clearly. It was great to work with knowledgeable experts who cared about finding a cost effective and timely solution. I will definitely work with them for all my future appliance repair needs.

Are refrigerator stopped working, we called other repair places with either no return call or no answer at all. We then went to Angies list and started filling out the form when they called us before we were done with the form. They came out the next day. Gave us a quote then ordered the parts. Told us 3-7 days. They called us on a Sunday to say parts are in can we come tomorrow. The staff was awesome to work with very honest and professional. Would highly recommend them.

C M Owner and associates are very friendly and although they were not able to fix my stove after 3 visits and two wrong part orders they did give me a refund after a couple calls. Their prices are good and I would still recommend them.

When the first repairman came out he said he was ordering the part then the next time the next repairman can with part he said he couldnt fix it, minus the cost for nothing, and kept the percentage of 85.00

Fantastic company who really went above and beyond with my kitchenaid double oven.
