My 11-year-old son was tutored in English and the tutor was great, however, their billing system is just awful. My son was tutored in November and they sent me an invoice so I mailed them a check. A few months later they called to tell me that they never received my payment and charged me a late fee. It turns out, that they do not except any checks that are mailed to them. So I tried delivering a check and they told me to put it through the door if they are not there. I did this and it turned out a few months later, they still did not receive my check. With the billing system alone, I will never come here again.
