The employees at this location were really helpful. Also, if u lost your kids homemade toy, someone put a lost toy on my car, once I was parked in handicapped spot I left it on the pole. It’s in the spots by the Exit door. I know how sad a child gets when they lose a toy (especially homemade toy) hope whoever lost it, comes back to the parking spot next to me πŸ‘πŸΌ

If I could, Id give my experience with this store negative 5 stars. My wife and I spent $8,000.00 in this store between kitchen appliances and a bathroom vanity top. First on the appliance delivery day, we waited around all day. When they finally showed; they only had one of the four appliances, that were to be delivered. I came very close to getting into an altercation with one of the extremely rude delivery guys, that spoke no English. After wasting an hour with the delivery companies customer service and spending another hour calling The Easton Lowes store, I finally got a store manager who claimed there was video of our appliances being put on the truck. At any rate, he apologized and scheduled to have our appliances delivered the next day. Ironically, the only appliance, ( a dishwasher) that was delivered that first day ended up being dented. After more time of my life wasted yet again waiting for a manager, I was told it was a special order that would take me 6 weeks to get. Fast forward five weeks.. Im still waiting for the dishwasher.Today, I took off work, for the delivery of my vanity top. They were supposed to call between 8 and 9:30. After receiving no call, I called the delivery company, They finally showed around 1:30. My vanity top was chipped and the wrong color sinks were attached. So after having the the delivery company take them back, Im writing this review as Ive now been on hold waiting for a manager to answer at the Easton store for over an hour.I cant imagine a more overall incompetent, unsatisfactory experience than this. If youre thinking of ordering anything from this store; I strongly urge you to re-consider.

I waited 20 minutes to pick up an item in the curb side pick up area. I tried reaching out via the phone number on the sign several times and could never reach anyone. I also notified the store via the Lowe’s app that I was ready to pick up. After 20 minutes of waiting in the parking lot, I had to walk into the store with my 2 month old child. The woman at the customer service desk told me that no one was working curb side that day (Saturday). She acted very rude towards me but eventually got my item for me. I asked to speak with the store manager. She told me very rudely to wait in line. After I stared at her blankly, she told me he was the person next to her - he was helping another customer. I patiently waited. Once he was done with the other customer, he locked eyes with me and - without saying a word - walked away from me. I got the attention of the woman who was originally helping me and told her the manager just walked away without speaking to me. She responded with β€œwell he has a long list of people to talk to.” This is not the first time I’ve had such an issue with this Lowe’s. Several months ago I waited an hour in the curb side pickup area for items I had ordered. I asked to speak with the manager that time as well but he was never available.

Went to Lowes for a gas dryer. Off the top of his head salesman told us 8 weeks for delivery. Visited several other stores and came back to look again at Lowes. Different salesman said 2 weeks for delivery. We bought the dryer and was told we needed a new mandatory gas line which we purchased. The 2 installers came and could not unattach the gas line (wrong tools). Gas line Lowes sent us was too short. They left the dryer uninstalled and we had to get a plumber for $300. extra to install a gas line. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the service from Lowes. Love the Whirpool dryer.

Understaffed. The man helping us was the only one working in the outdoor department. We knew which grill we wanted (on the showroom floor). He went outside to get the same grill. It was dirty, dented, and missing a piece. He said that was the last one. Uh, no, well take the one on the floor. We bought that one. The lady checking us out was having trouble adding on the warranty and had 2 other folks help her. While we were waiting for her, I went and brought our truck to the exit. The cashier wrote 10 on the receipt. Told my husband that was what he had to tip the guy for helping us and helping to load the truck! My husband didnt tell me about that until we got home. Since when are tips demanded by the cashier?

A truly sad experience. Went for one item, which had to be taken down off a rack. After standing around for half an hour finally got some help (from a guy that was great) but I should have been in and out in 10 minutes. Took closer to an hour, and the store was not particularly busy as I went at an off time. The store management deserves negative stars, the two guys that ultimately got things done deserve 5.

ABSOULTY AWLFUL!!! If I could have left 0 stars I would! My wife ordered a new refrigerator ($1800.00 plus!) 5/22/2021. The salesman was not very bright/helpful but was not the worst we have dealt with. She applied for a Lowes card (Which she was approved no trouble) and ordered the refrigerator with. 1st off she was told that she would not receive a bill till after the refrigerator was delivered and was giving interest free if paid in full in 12 months or less. Which was supposed to be 7/3/2021. She has received 2 bills already and we still have no refrigerator! Both of us have been going round and round with Lowes and their delivery company.There is not a single person at either place that wants to or even seems to know anything about their job! My wife and I changed our holiday plans for today (After several calls to confirm delivery today 7/3) to make sure we were both home and that everything we could do to make this as easy for the delivery people as possible.Here we are at almost 6pm and NO Refrigerator! Several calls later with a batch of lies from the people on the other end giving every BS excuse possible why its not here. One lady even swore she called my wife with 3 times with no answer. LOL! We both carry our cell phones on our hips. There is No Way anyone called us and we Missed it!A whole Holiday weekend day wasted and what do we get? We get the attitude from Lowes of Who cares... My refrigerator works.An absolute disgrace!!

I appreciate Melissa who was in customer service today and Joe who was in plumbing but helping in blinds. The blinds area wasn’t organized and I couldn’t find an item that showed in stock and that I had called in to make sure was there. I don’t like to be frustrated or be one of those people who were annoying or hard to deal with but I tried to avoid this situation by confirming the item was there. Melissa was very helpful and kept me calm and when we were looking again Joe found the item where it wasn’t expected. These two people were very helpful and kind and I just truly appreciate the extra time they took to help me not have a wasted trip. It’s good people like this who make a difference and helped make my day a productive one. Thank you both again for the help and being genuine and good people.

My husband and I are redoing one of our bathrooms and have been at this Lowe’s location multiple times recently. We’ve done a mix of online orders and shopping in the store. I am disgusted by the customer service that we have received in this store multiple times, mostly at the return/online pickup counter and up front (not the floor associates). And not just with one individual. The management at this store need to have the associates take some communication/customer service classes. We’ve experienced people at the customer service counter just looking at us and not saying anything at all. Then they are constantly short and make customers feel like they are a bother. In the middle of helping us, we’ve experienced one of them going behind the wall of the online orders to argue who should be doing what at the desk. When we’ve picked up online orders, they constantly huff & puff. Tonight we bought 6 of the same item, my husband told the cashier there were 6 of the item. The cashier put in the amount on the register and placed them in the bag. A front end manager, walked from 3 registers over to take them out of the bag and count them, it was very uncomfortable and rude. I could see if we said 2 and there was clearly 20. We are sick of the way we’ve been treated multiple times at this Lowe’s. We will be shopping at Home Depot going forward as we have never experienced this there. I’d rather have to be more inconvenienced and have to drive further than deal with rude people. I wouldn’t have a job if I treated people this way.

Both Lowe’s and Home Depot are about the same distance for me, and I’ve generally preferred Lowe’s. But I’m done - they seem to be perpetually understaffed, and it can be impossible to get help. The kitchen department is too busy to help, or the staff there are knowledgeable to help. Same with carpeting. And beyond that, I setup a carpet quote, was sent to the wrong email (never confirmed spelling), had to call multiple times to get it, and once I did and went to the store to finalize, couldn’t finalize because the right people went there to help, but it was noticed the quote was wrong, had to get a new, higher quote, and then finally go back to finalize. It’s exhausting, and frankly, a waste of my time.I will comment on one bright spot - I ordered vinyl plank flooring for pickup, and the two staff members loaded some 30+ boxes quickly and were very helpful and friendly. But if it’s not something off the shelf, in stock, and you have to consult with someone, forget it.So those two particular staff members loading the flooring account for these two distinct stars.

After giving up on Lowes back in June due to poor customer service and lack of masks being worn in the store, i decided to give it another try. Terrible idea...I ordered 2 items for online pick up and was told theyd be ready same day. After waiting 5 hours, i called the store to find out if the order was ready and if not, i would just come and get it myself. The woman who answered the phone, Athena, would not even give me a chance to talk, she just kept talking over me. When i finally got my question out, her answer was Yeah, well, it might not even be ready today. She seemed to have very little knowledge about online orders. So I got in my car and drove there. Within 2 minutes of being there, I noticed an employee without his mask on. I went and got my stuff, went to the online pickup counter, and there was the unmasked employee, talking on the phone, with his mask still off. Athena was helping another gentleman, I stood there patiently waiting. She finished with the gentleman and instead of helping me, started sorting returned items even though I was clearly standing there waiting to be helped. After several minutes, she went back behind the desk and said Can i help you? I told her I had gotten my order myself because I couldnt wait any longer. Then the phone rang, she walked away and answered it. After several more minutes, she returned to the desk and asked AGAIN, if she could help me. At that point my husband took over because Id had enough. He explained all over again. She then told him that she was going to cancel the online order and ring the stuff up to which he replied, Why? I already paid for it. After several more minutes, she finally figured out how to check the online order out. It took me about 45 minutes when all was said and done. I should have been able to just walk in and pick it up.... thats the whole point of online ordering.So, it looks like its back to Home Depot for me!!

This particular Lowes has some of the most helpful employees Ive ever encountered at a large chain. On multiple occasions not only have they gone above and beyond, but did so while being extremely pleasant and eager to assist. On one occasion when looking to purchase a snowblower, an employee saw me debating over models and frankly discussed customer reviews, quoting directly from specific websites while I looked them up. They knew the specs and the pros and cons of each model and also what the feedback was from actual customers and took the time to go over it with me. Not what I would expect for a seasonal item or in general from an employee covering that whole department on a busy Saturday

On my end it resulted in my repainting the entire wall instead of doing minor touch up. I bought a wood stove on clearance for a great price. I think it was a floor unit. The price of the stove and the work of a manager is why Im giving 2 stars.Now for the bad. Dealing with Lowes employees other than a manager is terrible. I had one employee try to tell me this wood stove is a pellet stove. This is basic knowledge and there was a sticker on the stove that said wood stove . I guess reading wasnt one of this guys strengths. He was clueless.So.....off to find a supervisor. I get a manager. I asked her to inform the manager who will be there later of my intention to come back and take the stove.I return and show my receipt to an employee. Qiana is gone. This person is clueless. She asks me if I had been contacted and told that my item was in. After a faceplant I explained that its a clearance item. It took a half hour for the crew to figure this out. I dont see how this was a difficult task. Im not sure if its just this store or Lowes is managed this poorly.Theres a lack of communication between employees along with a fair amount of incompetence. There seems to be a lack of employee training and hiring of people who lack motivation, intelligence or any background in what Lowes sells.A major plus for a store manager or assistant at Lowes would be a degree in special education. It would help them better understand and supervise their subordinates.

She didnt update my phone number to the number I gave her so I didnt get delivery updates. Delivery was late... Then late again... then postponed until the next morning and then, it was late again! They finally dropped off my appliances. Customer service rep failed to tell me that installation for a dishwasher takes at least 2 days to schedule so now I have a huge dishwasher sitting in its box in the middle of my dining room! If you can find a family owned appliance store, go there instead :)

Terrible experience!!! We ordered bathroom cabinets thru kitchen due to the size. Ordered on 8/9/2020...arrived 9/20/2020. They were damaged. Waited another 2 to 3 weeks...they were damaged. Waited again and they still were damaged. My husband decided to fix them himself. No one answers the phone and when they do your on hold forever. The manager doesnt even take your call. We will be shopping at home depot from now on.

If I could leave zero or negative stars I would. I am trying to purchase a new fridge and dishwasher from the Easton Lowes. I have been on the phone for an hour and a half trying to put the order through w several representatives. Their system is having issues with certain credit cards so I didn’t think it was a big deal to call. The woman working at the store who was checking us out could not get my card to process so instead after like 3 minutes of trying she says β€œit’s not working and I have a line so I’m giving you to someone else” (who had no idea what he was doing)I have worked retail before so I know it gets tough, but that is the most unprofessional and unhelpful thing I’ve ever heard in my life. I then got transferred to that guy who was so muffled I couldn’t understand, to try and push the order through. He misunderstood what the other rep on the line was explaining and almost made me pay for haul away services even though I already paid for them. I was put on hold and transferred so many times before everything was finally ordered. The rep who chatted me initially explaining how to get the order done gave me wrong instructions, the rep at the store was completely unhelpful, the third person had no idea what we were talking about and the final man who I couldn’t understand messed up about 6 things before he got it done. 2 separate orders (I still don’t get why)and 2 hours of my life later, I should have new appliances tmrw. Extremely unsatisfied.
