O.M.G. this is my second massage with Tara and I am speechless. It was amazing. How did she know the areas on my back and neck that needed more attention? I love that she doesn’t talk to me at all so I can just savor every minute. I highly recommend Tara!

I was completely amazed by how cheerful, informative and welcoming all of the staff were! My hair stylist, Laura, is amazing!! She took my pitch black hair and gave me the ombré I wanted. She was honest that it might not lift like we wanted but it did and I’ll definitely be requesting her to do my next set of highlights/future hair appts! She was super sweet, what was a few hours felt like a half an hour, just a great lady! Marilyn, was also super great! Sweet and let me know everything about skin care I can’t wait to book my appt with her for a facial peel! Even the owner was sweet and attentive to all the clients. I have found my spot and will be a loyal client here from now on & recommending it to everyone i know! Thank you all!

I always have such a hard timefinding a hairstylist that always gives me the look and style i want until i started going to Lauren at Tangles. she takes her time and makes sure you are satisfied every time. I moved to new york and still make the drive back to pa for her phenomenal work :) always leave happy !

Lauren has been doing my hair and nails at Tangles since I moved to the area about a year ago. She has been wonderful to me and made me feel beautiful every time I am at the salon. She is very kind and easy going which makes it very easy to talk to her. All the staff at tangles has always been very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Tangles for their services!

Ive never had a less than stellar experience at Tangles! Lauren is amazing with hair and makeup, and Im flooded with compliments consistently. Its worth the 40 minute drive to see these ladies, you will not be disappointed!

I’ve found the staff here incredible, the quality is superb and the price reasonable. It’s a little more expensive than most places I’ve used but you really notice the quality and for me that’s why I go. I’ve an appointment in an hour and am looking foreword to it. To be pampered makes you feel good inside. And for so many people an hour being pandered makes the difference and makes your day. Especially for those battling illness and disease. This is most defiantly the place to go!!!

Im extremely picky with who cuts my hair and this is the only salon Ive found who does a great job, both cut and color. A little out of my price range but totally worth every penny. As a mother of 3 and rarely having time to pamper myself, i leave this place feeling like a whole other woman lolol

Ok. This a review. For this salon I didn’t want to do this but I feel very uncomfortable because they did a really bad job with my hair.And they didn’t take a responsibility for what they did. It really was a bad job. Second point is when I talked with the manager she was very rude and there was a lot of people. And I felt embarrassed a horrible experience damaged not only my hair but my entire week, the salon is supposedly very prestigious but the reality is that it does not take responsibility for the hairdressers work, and they did a very bad job and the salon did not I was responsible for having damaged my hair and the only way they found to solve the problem was that I would pay again when I expressed my dissatisfaction they do not know how to deal with a client who is not happy with their job they humiliated me by calling the police just for that expresses my unhappiness. This is the picture of what they did. You can judge by yourself. This is the prove.

The entire staff at Tangles is amazing. My stylist Lauren is very talented. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for the best of the best in the Lehigh Valley!

I finally got the cut and color I was looking for! Everyone at Tangles is very friendly and professional. The girls here really know what they are doing. I was very comfortable and felt that they really treasure each and every customer who walks in the door. I could tell the owners number one priority is her customers. She pays attention to detail and ensures that every customer leaves happy. Her staff is well trained, talented, and high-end qualified. My stylist was Jessica and she is amazing with hair! She is very gifted, knows her stuff, and totally transformed my hair! I went from bleach blonde to a beautiful natural blonde with beautiful warm tones throughout. She did a fantastic job on my cut as well. All my family and friends LOVED it. Im VERY picky when it comes to my hair and I left 110% satisfied. The price was extremely fair and the service was unbeatable! Thank you Tangles, Ill be back!

I got my hair done last week for my bday and I wanted an ashy black.. instead, idk what you would call my hair color. It is nothing like I asked . Very disappointed I spent almost $200 on this. Super annoyed, out of my money, ruined my bday, my hair is disgusting, and I’m never recommending this place . Sorry for the honesty.

I am from California and I come to Phillipsburg for Xmas to spend time with my husbands family. My mother in law had never had a pedicure so one year a few years back I take her to a place here in Phillipsburg. Well after a few visits mom was diagnosed with cancer again for the second time on her life. During a visit I took her to get a pedi, the place ended up giving her an infection and it took a year to clear up her toes.After all that she didnt want to go back. I found Tangles on the web and called and made an appointment. We both had a mani pedi.When you walk in you are welcomed warmly, offered to have your coat taken and escorted upstairs. My mother in law had Lauren. We had a pleasant experience. I went to pay and my tab was $164 for both our manicure pedicures. Mom did get gel on her hands. I didnt get any polish. I could not believe the price. This was my fault for not asking prior to the appointment.When we got home and took off the shoes, moms socks had stuck to both big toes. Now, while I was paying mom had asked Lauren if she she stay under the dryer longer and Lauren reassured her she was good to go. I called and the receptionist was very friendly and said yes come back tomorrow and Lauren will fix.Second visit not as warm as the first. No offer to take the coat, Lauren fixed the toes but then left us in the room, another person came in and said she was going to escort us out, I told her I didnt want to come back a third time and she said fine. But we definitely didnt feel welcomed as the first visit. Well we get home and guess what toes are stuck to the socks. I had to fix them myself. I did call and hope to speak to someone, the polish was way to thick. My toes were fine. Apparently Lauren had used two colors and plenty of top coat which is just was to think.Well nobody bothered to call me back. But the $164 charge did go through.I can not recommend this place, it is very expensive and customer service is amazing until the mistake then we were definitely not taken care of.Its so sad that mom was taken care of this way after suffering throufh chemo, then the infection from the other salon and then I convince her to go and she is treated this way.
