Stay away from these scammers. They will put you on a load and will charge you $250 for not tracking. My driver accepted the tracking on his phone, but nobody bothered to call us and let us know that the tracking was still showing not activated. We picked up the load on time and we delivered it on time. I guess that was not good enough. The load was paying $1.35 per mile so after the charge it came down to less than $1. What a great broker. People like you, guys are the tumor of the industry

Amazing service, timely and was put on the right path

Its been 60 days since I invoiced, and I dont yet have a penny from MGN.Extremely unprofessional Accounting department, they do not respond to voice mails or emails. I had to threaten to file a claim with Lexon/Sompo against their bond before anyone would give me the time of day. A true garbage company staffed by garbage people.
