This review is long overdue! About a year ago, we were looking for a specific power cord that my mom needed to finish her work. They took their time and helped us find something to get their job done.

Had a laptop in for service and got the diagnosis very promptly that the hard drive was toast. I asked about an inexpensive replacement computer and was offered a reconditioned one. After a short time of use it was apparent that it too wasnt working right. In short order I was set up with another unit for a very fair price ( discounted because of the difficulty with the first)Overall felt like I was treated very fairly and was readily able to communicate and be kept informed by the staff.

Had my office computer in for John to install a bigger hard drive. Drop it off Friday evening, picked it Sunday afternoon. I really appreciate John having my computer complete and ready for pickup on Sunday.Thanks John!
