5-star rating, no question. The other reviews are correct: Jason came on time to the first appointment, accurately scoped the work (amount of tile and flooring), set a schedule and duration. He and his crew came on the scheduled day and completed the work as planned.We were also trying to coordinate some electric and plumbing work without a general contractor. We made some mistakes which caused two disruptions during the project. Jason very graciously accommodated at no extra cost to us.Beyond the exceptional customer service, Jason’t crew did a top-notch job. The tilework and flooring look amazing.

Wanted to update three bathrooms in my home, Jason and his team installed new tile flooring in the bathrooms and replaced the shower tile surround. Very professional and clean, love how the project turned out! Everyone was friendly and easy to communicate with when I had questions throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Jason and his team transformed a small, builder-grade master bathroom into a beautiful and functional oasis. Working with a very talented local craftsmen and general contractor, Jason installed glass subway tile, accent tile and niches in our remodeled shower and laid 6x36 wood-grain Italian ceramic boards on the floor. They carefully covered floors/carpets leading to the bathroom with protective drop cloths and thoroughly cleaned the area every day.
