The staff is very friendly and does an exceptional job. They know what they are doing and do it in a timely fashion. You go home with your vehicle happy. First rate care about the customer business.

I made an appointment to have my 2017 Nissan Titan Platinum truck alignment done after doing a Rough Country 3” level lift kit. I also bought aftermarket SPC camber/caster bolts to help dial in the alignment cause the factory bolts do not have eccentric washers. Turns out I didn’t need them and the mechanic Corey I believe at Chrins probably saved me a bunch of money on labor etc if they had installed the aftermarket bolts. They won’t up sell you on anything not needed. Truck drives and steers smooth now and better then factory. I Will go back in the future for other service. Plus the Kootsares family there are local drag racers/car enthusiasts.

My vehicle is taken into the garage for service on time and the work is always done to my satisfaction. This place looks like its been there since the Model A. Customers there all seemed fiercely loyal, and being the first time Ive gone, I can see why. The place is old, and a bit run down, but the employees were all very friendly, accommodating and competent.
