Had a screw in the center of my tire, no othet busnisses could see me today, i called them up, showed up, and was out of there in 20 minutes. Staff was very helpful, kind and considerate. Price was way below what i expected! Will be going back for my auto repairs and services, thabks again guys!

I called this location earlier this week, spoke about steer tire options, then called back to place the order. Since the vehicle is not on the road, I needed the roadside option to have 2 steer axle tires changed on my property.Spoke to a woman on Wednesday, was told they were full for the day but would be first thing Thursday morning. I mentioned I had to have the work done by 11:30am as I needed to leave the property, was told it was not a problem.I get up early and wait, clock keeps ticking, no one shows up. The entire day comes and goes and no email or phone calls - Im still absolutely floored as I type this. Absolute worst customer service I could ever imagine - who spends the time to give you a quote and installation time, and then doesnt call or even show up? Maybe a disgruntled employee? I have no idea, its mind blowing. Ended up going to a local competitor for a lower cost.

Got my odd sized tires in quick! Installed the next day. Stayed late to finish the job!

Had flat late in day they were almost closing waited for me to arrive took care of issue couldnt repair flat had new tires installed at a very good price and no extras for staying late all was very nice very knowledgeable, no loss of time or money of having truck down next day for the repairs. Horrible service. Bergeys tire was always a reliable source for my fleet needs. I dont know what has happened within the last few years, the organization as a whole has become a great disappointment. Horrible service and higher prices. Terrible!

I just moved in to the area and I dont know the reputations of any shops in the area. I needed a repair for me fast leaking tire, screw poked tire. I live quite close to this shop and gave them a call. Despite having a full schedule, they wiggled me in to their calendar. They were very friendly and professional. I will certainly go back when needed.
