I am very satisfied with Allstate Insurance. The rates have saved us a lot of money. Their claims service is excellent. This agency however makes a lot of mistakes; the type of mistakes an agency should never make. A lot of my time and research went into getting the mistakes corrected. One of their mistakes cost me thousands in a claim. Another mistake could have cost me more than the value of my house if Id had a liability claim. Insurance agents should never make these mistakes. As for Micaiah Mansell, he rarely responds to emails, and when he does his response doesnt answer the question you asked. Its as though he doesnt even look into your question. The agents themselves are never available unless you go to the office and back them into a corner. Even then they wont talk to you until after they have finished with all of their sales duties. The agents are always polite and respectful, but after a while you wonder if the money saved is worth the risks associated with an incompetent agency.

Kristin has been such a delight to work with. Her dedication and pride in her work speak volumes on how good of a person she is. She’s by far the best agent I’ve ever had the opportunity to deal with. She made sure to find coverage within my budget and to have every detail explained. My previous insurance company was a nightmare but Kristin made sure the transfers were smooth and correct in one try. Thank you so much for helping me throughout this difficult time. I recommend you to anyone!!

4 out of 5 stars go to customer service I’ve received from Kristin Viscardi. I cannot say enough about how helpful and pleasant she has been. I purchased a new car from the dealership she was working as an Allstate representative for and she was kind enough to sit down with me and help me sort out my policy for the car and look at my house insurance as well. Great, right? Gets better. I was very close to changing companies for insurance; then I had an accident and the new car totaled, the other guy’s insurance took responsibility but I had a lot of questions. I have tried reaching someone multiple times and never got a call back. I even finally reached someone and he told me he would get some answers and call me back; never did. I finally called Kristin directly and asked if she could possibly help me. On her day off she made a phone call, got right back to me and then told me she would follow up the next day when she was in the office. Guess what? she did.Since that time, Kristin has been more than helpful and has absolutelygone the extra mile to accommodate me. I again was looking to see what my employer offered as a discount with other auto insurance agencies and there was a call from Kristin checking in to see if I had resolved my issue with the GAP insurance. (She might also be psychic!) She didn’t need to do that, but that little personalized service just kept me as a client for both my vehicles and my home insurance. I hope they know what an asset they have in her. If you’re looking for a new policy I’d highly recommend calling her personally, if she can’t help you, she will certainlymake certain someone else does.

I have been with Allstate since becoming a licensed driver nearly 20 years ago...however, when the level of care from my original agent became subpar at best, I switched to Micaiah and him and his team have gone above and beyond for me thus far! I’m so glad I switched!

I have delt with alot insurance agents but these two Joanna and Rachel are absolutely amazing and have been so helpful. They made it super easy and enjoyable and would recommend to everyone. The normal business hours dont apply to them because they go up and beyond the call of duty and were there till 9pm.

I contacted Mr. Mansell in reference to the Allstate app, specifically Drivewise, as it was killing my cell battery. I asked if there were any other options to using the app to which he responded that there is nothing that can be done other than him cancelling the safe driver and charge me $5 more a month. Now how is that fair to me, the customer? I stated that I should have just stayed with Geico. Mr. Mansell stated that Allstate provides better service; almost seemed like well I have your money now, so whatever. Seems to me like Mr. Mansell doesnt care about what the customer wants or how they feel; it felt like I was being dismissed from the conversation with no regard with how I felt. I wouldnt recommend.
