The people at CVS were very nice, but dealing with MoneyGram was terrible. To receive money we had to sit down at a special phone, enter information into an automated system, then speak to a representative who asked a series of unnecessary personal questions (why do they need to know if my address is a house or an apartment??) before finally getting my money released. Speaking to a supervisor at MoneyGramwas no help, the person was not able to explain why they needed so much personal information. I will make sure to receive any future money using Western Union.
