Called for an estimate after getting 3” water in a 400sq ft room in my basement that’s finished.They verbally estimated $5,000 to remove the bottom 24” of Sheetrock & insulation, and spray anti-microbial solution.They refused to give me a breakdown of the price until i signed them under contract so I refused.It takes very little time to cut the bottom 24” out, so I did it myself. I’ll contract the anti-microbial treatment through another business.Honesty and transparency are important to me, I can see not wanting to be transparent when you ask for $5k to do a job this small.

Do not use these people. They lie and try to take as much money as they can from your insurance as they can. Please be very careful. They sent our insurance company an invoice of 5k, our insurance accepted, and cut a check. Week later they send a “revised” invoice tripling the original. Claiming things our insurance company didn’t think they did due no proof so they threatened to put a lien on our home when we did nothing wrong. Listen they did a good job but if you do hire them take pictures and the hours they are actually there for.

I couldn’t believe how incredible this company was to me … I was at my wits end from having a house fire and I used this company for fire damage . They were so professional and courteous.. not only did they get the job done quick, to help me get started in my renovations, but they took the time to let me know everything would be ok.. they reached out in person to me and helped me figure things out for my next steps … They went above and beyond to clean up the mess and get me back to where I needed to be overtime!! The owner Ori explained everything they were doing and dealt with my insurance company so that took one less stress off of me .. you couldn’t ask for a better company when unfortunate things in life happens !!
