Suite 3 is the IT company for the Medical Practice I manage. They are prompt, personal, and kind. They are diligent and knowledgeable and their attention to detail is remarkable. Most of the employees for my region know me and my employees by name and they are always doing their best to accommodate our needs, even when they may be outside of their scope of practice. I would recommend Suite 3 to any company looking to place their IT security in reliable hands.

Its refreshing to see that they know how to evolve and keep up with the constantly changing times to continue to offer help and service for server and cyber security, technology system and network communication services as well as the option to custom tailor their services to your businesss specific needs. With a responsive team and a creatively linear approach to listen to the details of how your own company manages and navigates the ever changing world with your IT, it feels as if the team at Suite 3 is always one step ahead of you. They seem to know and emphasize with the difficulties of running a business in todays world and come up with suggestions that seem to understand your specific type of business even though they arent in that business at all. Never worry about losing your information and data or maintaining back-ups, keeping up with new programs or the latest and greatest of the Microsoft roll-outs and keeping your team up to date because they will worry about that for you and help to give you piece-of-mind that its one less thing on your plate while running a company. Only complaint is that they tend to check in quite often to make sure all is going well and you dont need any questions answered but Id rather a company that is proactive over someone like our last IT company that didnt ever check in and relied on us to always reach out. Their whole team feels more like a family and everyone has their strength of what they bring to the table. Thank you Suite 3 for all that you do for us!

My laptop encountered a major error and rebooted itself (blue screen of death ☠). Suite3 tech support walked me through the process to find out why and advise me how to do to solve the problem. I thought I knew a thing or two, but my tech was confident of our findings and a few minor adjustments later... My laptop doesnt crash and is actually faster than ever. :-)
