10/10 experience. Called and they had what I needed in stock at the most reasonable price in town & I got here, paid AND they installed my battery in less than 30 mins. I would highly recommend these guys. They do great work. Shoutout to Joey & his manager didn’t catch his name but they did a great job!

Was in there twice in one day. First, to get brakes, as I was having a grinding sound when applying. Later, when it was determined brakes were fine and somehow a caliper bolt had worked its way out. Both times, they were quick and efficient.

Advanced Auto has much better service, and more knowledgable people. AutoZone appears to hire just cashiers not parts specialist associates, unless youre just getting oil, windshield washer fluid or any other basic item, expect them not to be able to look up your part, or spend a very long time doing it. The cashiers have that 9 to 5 attitude, and its most likely do to low pay.

Im not a big fan of Auto Zone as a whole. I find their prices to be higher than Advance. Advance Autos rewards program is much better also. I do like this AZ though. The folks that work there are great. Theyre very personable. They joke around with the customers and each other, in a fun and professional kind of way. They can also answer many of your parts questions as well. This AZ is only a few minutes from my house so its super convenient. When I need to do a big job, Ill drive the extra distance to Advance for the price and rewards but if I need something in a hurry or for consumables like washer fluid, Ill hit up the AZ.

I went into the store to get oil. The guy at the counter says I would have to pay cash which I though was weird. I only had my credit card on me so I went back to my car to get cash in my wallet. He said I owed $44 and some change. SO, I gave him 50 in 2 twenties and a 10. I know this because I had five but I wanted the change of five because I use it for parking at work. He only gave me the change in coins. I told him I gave him $50 and he insisted I gave him 2 twenties and a five. I said really??!! I didnt argue with him but wanted to tell everyone the scam they are running in this store. BEWARE!!!!

Good store! I find myself trekking here instead of Advance Auto Parts. It just seems like AutoZone has a better selection of better quality products. And the vibe seems better for some reason. I cant explain it. I just started going to AutoZone out of the blue and find myself continuing to do so. Anyone, please correct me if Im wrong about any of this...

Always very helpful. Neat & clean inside and outside. Well organized and I NEVER ever have to look for help. From the moment you enter the store you are acknowledged with a warm greeting plus the associates are always wiping the store down. I just 💘 love going there. They answer your questions, replace items on your car, they are fast & efficient.The client relationship with associates is consistent. I am glad they are in the neighborhood

Quick in and slow service out.

The female that works behind the counter was extremely rude and short with me and told me that without my receipt she couldn’t look up my warranty and hung up. She later complained about me to another customer who inquired about the warranty only to find out my warranty was never registered to my phone number. I can’t be the only person to complain about her attitude—not the first time.

Although a fan of AutoZone..these five stars belong to Rob, for his customer service. My husband and I were traveling for the first time through town (a dead zone) and lost service on our phones, which means we were lost!! My husband Mac went inside and Rob took the time and wrote out the directions to our venue in detail. This is an example that kind and thoughtful people still exist.

Every time I go to this store, they have some excuse not to put your wiper blades on. Im done with them. Sad that no one wants to do their job anymore. Also have issues at this store. Last time I ordered a part that was to be here in 2 days, never received the part. They said it was on backorder, well why wasnt I told that when I ordered the part. Very incompetent people working here

Better prices then Napa A.P. competitive with other auto part stores prices. They also have gotten me any parts quickly if not in stock. No complaints.

Needed to get a new battery for my truck and stopped in here. Melissa came out and tested the old battery, and then came out and installed the new battery for me. I could have easily have gone home and installed the battery myself, but for her to come outside and install it for me on a cold damp day out, is just exceptional customer service. No one has so much as even offered to do that when Ive boughten a car battery from Advanced or Walmart in the past. Whenever Ive stopped in here in the past for odds and ends, theyve always been great. Ive stopped going to Advance and exclusively use this Auto Zone because of the service I get every time I come in here.

Very helpful staff. The facility is clean and organized. Prices are fair and the shop is in a convenient central location. Only reason i am not giving it 5 stars is they seem a little understaffed and sometimes there is a wait. Its never too long but there us a wait sometimes.

Well for an auto store theyve been proved himself greatly Ive gone there and got much help to repair a lot of my vehicles thanks to the guys that are working there they meet my needs and standards way to go guys

Great location for this business. Great customer service by all employees but really need to advice the woman(now gone) and her replacement if you can’t handle the heat get out the kitchen! Your workers are the reason us customers come back not the big wig in the branch. You need to retrain or find people who will treat their employees right and especially in the presence of customers. Thank you to those of you who make a lot of us feel comfortable and wanting to come back!

Amazing I went to AutoZone to find something to help remove a scrape scratch scratch on my brand new car. One of the clerks who cares for his 1968 Impala have the solution after looking at my car pick the right product cleaning cars and wax and actually went out and did the repair for me.In addition AutoZone gave me a military discount its on top of it.

Well located on Rte 209, people there are friendly and vey helpful. If you buy something like wipers for your car, they put them on right there for you. If they dont have the part you need, they will order it for you and call you to pick it up when they receive it.

So I had a problem with the brodheadsville store and decided to give the East Stroudsburg store a chance. Called and asked if they had code scanner for airbags The girl said yes and price was $119. I looked on the website and the one for$119 did not do airbags. The one that does air bags is $224. Guess I have to find new parts store.

For the most part AutoZone has everything a vehicle owner may need along the way.....95 percent of the time they have it in stock and if they dont theyll get it within 24 hrs except for special needs which can take longer.The only concern for those of you who want to save money by doing the job yourself is this....if you dont do it right it will cost you more in the end so find a good mechanic that wont rob you blind and if you cant find one get in touch with me and I will be happy to point you in the right direction....

Everything is super expensive compared to Wal Mart or other competition but nice to have in the area if something is needed in a pinch.

The employees dont know what they are doing

I go here so often I should work at the place. Me and the workers are practically friends. They are very helpful and friendly the new managers are nice the location is clean busy sometimes but location location location.

After leaving another store in the area, I replaced some windshield washer fluid in my car. I noticed that I was unable to successfully close the hood of my car. I went to this store and asked one of theattendants for help closing my hood. A kind gentlemen behind one of the service desks came out and tried to shut my hood. Although he could not fix it he gave me some sound advice about taking back roads and to go slow so that the hood would not snap back and destroy my windshield. Its not the job of most stores to aid helpless females these days, but I was amazed that this store took the time to help me. A big thank you to that man and I will use his store in the future when AI need other car products.

What I already posted.

Ok called last saturday ordered 2 identical parts. Called back on tuesday they only ordered one and it was there. Asked to order another they said Id have to pay for it over the phone ($5 part) said Id order it when I pick up the one they got in. That night picked up the part and ordered second one and they didnt ask for payment. Sunday around noon called and they said they have the part in. Went down cashiers joking about how lazy each other are while i stood at the counter. One starts looking for the part answers the phone in the middle of looking for my part and comes back to tell me its not there. Its beyond incompetence its brain dead.
