After my keys disappeared in the house I was staying at in PA, I had to get a locksmith to get me a replacement so I could make it home to VA. Lock doctor showed up as fast as he could, manually unlocked my 2018 infiniti Q60 in the snow & got me my replacement & its even better than the original. Had no cash in hand so he let us follow him to the ATM after service & even let my boyfriend & I sit in his heated vehicle while we waited for him. Thank you for amazing service!!

Last spring they came out and re keyed 4 locks at our business and I was very satisfied with price and workmanship.Last Saturday Nov 21 I called with and issue of importance we could not lock a door at our business. I was told I would get a call from Nick to set appt. NO Call. I called back Monday and was told someone would come out Tuesday Nov 23 to look at my lock. No one showed. I do not normally leave negative reviews but this was justified they had a 2nd chance to make it right. I will be calling someone else Wednesday morning. luckily we have door bolted on inside but this is a safety hazard for us. Was never told anyone was out of town we waited monday and Tuesday and no one showed. You have my number.

Update: He made it right. Gave us a discount on service, and also an apology. Once service was provided, it was very good. Key worked great.This guy is a joke. Outrageously priced, so you would think at a minimum polite and professional. Abosolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in any sort of service. He gave my husband the run around to meet to have a car key made at the car. We lost our key. An hour and a half later, no service. When my husband calls to make sure he is still coming he has the audacity to say he will get there when the f*** he gets there? This guy is a professional and goes above and beyond. The Lexus dealer quoted me at over 300$ to get a spare master key made for my IS300, with wireless unlock programmed for the car. It’s a special laser cut key that is difficult to recreate. I brought Pocono Lock Doctor a blank copy and he cut the key perfectly for 30$, And showed me how to program the key to work electronically for my car for free. Insane. He wouldn’t even let me give him extra money. 5 stars.

I called Pocono Lock Doctor to change the lock on my front door. They recommended a lock that fit my needs and we set a date to install. Turned out that the lock could not be installed on my door. Im not sure why because it supposed to fit a left and right door. The guy that came seemed knowledgable and tried to help, but seems he didnt have experience with this lock.

I got locked out of my apartment around the time where all the local locksmiths were closing. I called several places and unfortunately they either did not pick up, or said it was too late. Thankfully, this company answered the call and its employee Moises was willing to come help me out on his day off. He drove around 40 minutes, and was very nice about everything. The next day he came back to paint everything over and made the door look better than before he first came. Awesome service.

Very unprofessional! The guy I talked to on the phone gave me the run around with what time he was open and available. Called him on a Friday and said anytime after 9am Saturday. Showed up at ten, and said he wouldnt be available till eleven...I drove 25 mins to listen some misinformed shmuck. I will never use the lock douche!

This gentleman saved my life . We were 4 hours away from home and my keys came up missing and the dealer couldnt help me . This guy is a lifesaver! Was visiting my family on Saturday and ignition wouldn’t turn in my 97 Celica GT. Call up the dr and he came out in the nor’easter and fixed the ignition. The pins were all messed up from years of use. He was polite and had the job done in under 90 minutes. He even had everything put back together correctly and gave me 2 new spare keys! My Jeep 2012 Liberty keyfob has seen its last days I needed a new one. To avoid the dealer I ordered the keyfobs from a second party.
