I had an appointment with my Dr been waiting for a long time never been late to my appointments I call Medical Associates to let them know I was having car problems but that my friend was driving me woman by the name of Mary I explain the situation but she didn’t care she was SO WHAT TIME U THINK U WILL BE HERE I say I’m on my way but she was talking to like she didn’t care what I was going thru is not the first time. St Luke’s should choose there employees better people who simpatice with patients!!!
