Prior to my relocation to the city I called Express Employment Professionals to inform them of my move and was able to complete onboarding paperwork in advance. Never signed off on check being mailed .Spoke with Terry who couldnt wait to get me off the phone .... no check not her problem this is the mail problem now...I have direct deposit tho they lost the Form.With my banking info.. now I feel worried about scams.I have bills due and a job but still cant pay thenBecause getting my check isnt express employment professionals problem.As long as they get the check for me working. Horrible place to go to. I do not recommend. Dont waste your time going here. I got a job through them and disliked it. wanted to find a different job but I wasnt ready to leave the one I was already at but they felt it was best to lie and send my job an email saying I resigned my position immediately when clearly I had no intention of doing that. They also said they wanted me to leave professionally. So much for that, great contradiction.

Very displeased with the East Stroudsburg Express office. Theyre unorganized and unprofessional. On the phone I was told I could start a job this weekend and that I had to come in for paperwork about the job so I drove 35 minutes out of my way to their office to pick up information which could have easily been sent in an email. When I got to their office they told me the position I was promised had already been filled by someone else in the office so I got a quick sorry, call again and they went back to singing along with their radio. Wasted a quarter tank of gas to be told they accidentally gave away the job they promised me.

I am really disappointed in the experience I just had with express employment in hackettstown NJ. I was being help from them and today they called me about a job that I was supposed to go for a interview and they said that i would be making a lower hourly rate then i was supposed to when they first told me then they started changing the amount of money i was supposed to get. So then they said is this not a interview you want just so we dont waste yours and our time. And I said no not at this moment because they were confused on the pay I would be getting. So then they said okay whatever and hung up the phone on me. So the experience I had with them was not a good experience so I would not recommend them to anybody.
