The worst place to get tires. Recently purchase a used tire for 50 dollars today only to get 5 miles away and car lets me know low tire pressure. Get out the car and the tires has a slow leak. Mind you the reason we got a tire is because we would get shakes when driving and Ike stated a new tire was needed. Once in still had the problem. Only to find out the tire was not a good tire to have the problem solved if I could give this place a zero I would. Customer service is poor. You would would waste your money and time going. Valled 611 and they resolved my issue thank god. Truly stay away from Ike

I’ve been to this shop three times in the last month. Each time, at over $200. A pop,my car sounds worse than when I bought it in. I can’t keep letting them try different things. Disappointed

They tried to say that my truck needed work for an inspection. Took it to another shop and I was told that the work was not needed and they were just trying to get money out of me.

Needed snow tires before the big storm. Couldnt find anyone, until Ikes. Although I couldnt get the new tires I was looking for, the ones I got still had 60% tread on them and the price was reasonable. And their mobile unit came to my job site and did their thing while I worked. This place gained a customer in me.

Ikes had absolutely amazing customer service and care. I recently got locked out of my car on Crystal Street, and a kind woman observed my friends and I sitting on the sidewalk in front of my car and then trying to fold a paper clip to get the door open. She came over to us and immediately started trying to help us and was determined in getting our door open. Her husband came over and they knew we were upset so they both got in their car and told us theyll be right back, that theres an Ikes around the corner. They came back and told us they will be on their way to unlock my car. After 2 minutes a tow truck pulled up and the man got out of the truck (very sweet and helpful) and got my door unlocked in no time (free of charge)!!! He gave me his business card and handed me my car keys, while smiling the entire time. I am so so beyond grateful and appreciative of the lovely couple that helped me and the customer service that Ikes has. I HIGHLY recommend using them!

Went to have a state inspection in this place with a clean car. After the inspection they gave me back the car WITH A MESSY INTERIOR! HANDPRINTS OF GREASE ALL OVER THE INTERIORS. They should wear gloves and make sure that they should not mess the customers cars. I was so upset and frustrated! WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!😡😡😡

We used Ikes Mobile Tires a few months ago. If you need a tire fixed, this is the place to call. Very friendly service and the guy knows his trade very well. The prices are great. Especially because they come to you. Which saves you money because theres no tow truck charges, which if youve ever had to pay for a tow you know how expensive it can be. Highly recommend this service.

Went to Barely used tires and had the worse experience. Decided to leave and head over to Ikess. Wow what a difference. The shop was very lleasingvto the eyes. The staff were very knowledgeable and very professional. The pricing was very honest and fair. Definitely recommended. These guys and gals know what they are doing. So if youre in need of used, or new tires go to Ikes. They also did our inspection and minor repairs at very fair prices.

Wouldnt fix my flat tire

Ike is the man! He runs a tight operation and is a hard worker himself. The staff is great also, so far everytime Ive called they were able to help out. Prices are very reasonable.

Experienced a flat on Labor Day. Had to get my daughter back home to Philadelphia. Ikes was the only one open that had my tire size. Got such great service and smiles on a holiday that I will definitely be back!

They are courteous. Provide service while you wait. They forecast accurate (waiting) time estimates. Indoor temperature controlled waiting room with TV. Kids can watch cartoons while you wait.

BEST PLACE EVER !!!!!!! They helped me so much when I needed a tire and was in a time crunch. Im not from that area. Was traveling out of town and I called them 20 mins before I got there and they were super busy but they took care of me right away. The mechanic put my new tire on right in front of the building bc they didnt have room in their garage bc it was full. Now thats customer service at its finest. These people are seriously the best. On 8/11 I had appointment to get 37 “ inch tires on the owner quoted me $20 a tire for mounting and balance the truck didn’t even go into job till 4:25 pm I didn’t get the truck back till 6 pm then there trying to charge me $15 a tire to dispose them when it’s normally $5 they have the worst customer service around I’ve known the owner for a long time but this is the worst service I’ve gotten from them and I refuse to go back the office people need learn how to talk to customers they didn’t offer me any discounts for waiting 3 hrs good luck in future
