The safety procedures seemed excellent until I went in the room to get my test. The person drawing my blood was wearing her mask below her nose, when I asked her to put her mask over her nose she said I have this and pointed to her plastic face shield. I explained to her that while the face shield protected her from me coughing in her eye, it did not do much to protect me from what comes out of her nose. She then placed her mask over her nose and was perfectly pleasant. I am frustrated enough by the ignorance of some of the general public but I do not expect this behavior from a medical professional who is doing a medical procedure on me.There is a Quest lab right down the street that charges less and possibly wont actively try to infect me with Covid 19 (although I dont know that for sure) so I believe the next time I will try going there.

This is not a place for pediatric blood work. There was so plinth to properly stabilize my 12 month old daughters arm. So the technician expected me to hold my daughter, hold her arm straight and restrain her contralateral arm to not pull at the needle. Ok fine, needle in and then the technician proceeded to MOVE THE NEEDLE around because the blood flow was too slow. So creating more discomfort, ultimately creating the baby to move more. We now have a massive bruise and unfortunately not enough blood was obtained today. A complete disaster; that was traumatizing for all parties involved. I really dont recommend this experience to any parent, especially a first time parent like myself.

Very nice place. The who place is run by just one person - same person enters you info in computer and then takes your blood sample. Love the very low co-pays. Most affordable lab works and my doctor gets results in just 2 days.

The phlebotomist was fantastic. She made it so I didn’t feel a thing. The office was clean and barely any wait time at all! I definitely recommend.

I had a terrible experience with this labcorp. I scheduled an appointment online for my 17 month old daughter, in the appointment details I marked that it was a pediatric appointment. When I walked in the woman behind the desk immediately asked me (with other patients standing in line ahead of me) who the appointment was for, myself or my daughter. When I replied she stated that she was the only one there this morning, and she doesn’t like to “stick the little ones” without another phlebotomist present. I found this alarming and extremely unprofessional. I will not return to this facility.

The manager left the lab tech in shamble, the tech could no longer work, my appointment was canceled

Always fast service... make an appointment if you need definite time.

Could not check in with kiosk, asked for help and the heavily tattooed man at the desk would not help me, ended up leaving without my testing
