I brought my father here for a haircut and beard trimming. Hugo was extremely professional and polite the entire time. He made us feel comfortable and did exactly what we asked for and more. We cant remember a time that my dad had a haircut that was so detailed and sharp! I would absolutely recommend these gentleman to anyone looking for a haircut that includes all the little details. Alex was great. Atmosphere is excellent and all the barbers were very friendly. Again, Alex cut my hair and he did it exactly how I wanted. He was a great conversationalist and really knows how to cut. Highly recommend!!!

Went to this shop for the first time yesterday. I was throughly impressed by the atmosphere and the quality of the cut. Appointment scheduling means I didn’t have to wait hours to get my cut, and Juan gave me a great haircut. Highly recommended.

I called Day or so before and Juan was able to get me an appointment with himself as he does do female undercut designs. He did an amazing lotus flower for me and I love it! He took his time and is prideful in his work. While I was there I commend another gentleman for doing a young child’s hair as they really just wanted to play their game. Even with him looking down and moving around the gentleman was patient and still gave the child a good cut. Overall enjoyed the good vibe from this place 😊👍

Made an appointment for 10:00. Showed up a few minutes early and one guy told me my barber would be right in to help me. Waited until 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment and no one ever came in to cut my hair. Finally told them that I would look for another shop and left. As I was leaving the only guy actually working came outside to talk to the bums that didnt want to work. The guy that was actually cutting hair seemed to be doing a great job but nobody else wanted to work that day.

DON’T BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT!!Have been taking my son here for over a year and Juan always gives a great cut.But they have to do a better job at honoring appointments. Last few times, have waited over an hour for a 20-minute cut.Showed up for a 10:00 am appointment at 9:50 and there was already someone in Juan’s chair (even though his first appointment was @ 10:00 am when they opened). Finally took my son in at 10:35 and haircut took about 20 minutes.Either do just all appointments or just all walk-ins. Or don’t accept a walk-ins when you have a scheduled appointment approaching.

It was meh. While he was giving me a hair cut he never turned the chair so i can see the progress he made in the reflection on the mirror. Also i think he didnt even clean his stuff because after he gave me a skin fade the back of my head was hella itchy along the way back home and it became kinda red so i had to use some rash treatment for a whole week.

We make appointments and they never take my son on time. Made a 9:00 appointment and when we walked in at 9:00 Hugo started cutting his friend’s hair at 9. My son has practice at 10 which is why we made a 9:00 appointment! This is the 3 strike with this exact problem! Guess we are done with this place.

My fiancé and sons go here every 2 weeks and they are great. They are probably the only ones in the Poconos that we have found that cuts hair as good as their barbers in NYC. They are attentive and dont take a long time like every place here which is annoying when you are rushing.

Went to Alex for my first time time in the barber shop, AMAZING experience. Very kind staff, cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, and made the entire experience pleasurable and non-awkward. It is clear these men are professional the way they act and cut hair. If I could leave six stars I would. They even were kind and sociable with my mom, upstanding gentlemen and shop.

They dress really nice, one of the only barbershops with a professional dress code. Juan is Extremely talented. Every time you visit the inside looks better and better. However, you have to make appointments weeks in advanced on an app.They don’t take walk ins and you can really only get a haircut here if you’ve been a regular. New customers are ignore when trying to make appointments most of the time.

Best barber shop I have been to in the area. Ahmad is my preferred barber but this is one of the only shops I have seen when all barbers are very talented. Highly recommend any barber from Legacy.

My husband has been growing his hair and beard for almost a decade now. He did all his own maintenance, he has more hair products than Ive ever owned in my life.. and he looked like freaking Captain Caveman. Im not even lying. Ive been busting his chops for years. His beard used to fork off into two wild squirrels trying to get away from each other. His beard made his beautiful face look round. Hes a good looking dude, guys, it was a tragedy.As a gift to me around Valentines Day, he went to Legacy to get some much needed beard help. I absolutely cannot express how happy I am with the results. Its beyond words. His beard accents his face now, rather than hiding it. It doesnt have any wispy bits. The two squirrels have become one lustrous being. He says everyone was professional and very obviously knew what they were doing. He even got some much needed advice on how to keep it looking the way it did when he left that day. My entire opinion on the beard has changed.As the wife of one of your patrons, I thank you!

I made an appointment 7 days in advance. I was there at 0900hrs for my appointment and received a text at 0930 stating my guys was going to be an additional 10-15min late. My time is valuable don’t waste it.

Not once did he rotate my chair to see my reflection and his progress. It took over 30 minutes for what was essentially a 5 minute buzz cut. He cut it wayyyy shorter than I asked for. He didnt have change for my cash. Never again will I go there.
