Apartments are so small and too over priced for the value but it is well maitained in the outside maitence people are great butin myapt i had many issues i had water leakage i my sik hadto be chaged 2 times big cracksevery on the ceiling ad kitcen fan was awfulad also had to be changed and the kitchen is so small and not worth it so look for some good deals

I have been living in Green valley and Parktown for Three years and the property is beautiful and well kept, but the problems with the management is very slow and very unprofessional if there is a problem they always wait until the end of day and try to threaten about something they clearly could have handled on monday and that it, they have had many management sense I been here and all do not no what they are doing half the time, they need a train course forperformance on the job on how you deal with tenants and how to deal within a timely matter because they clearly do not no right from wrong on dealing with tenates, now the matenece crew they are on point with taking care of this property and do a excellent job

This place allows pets to be mauled to death by other dogs in front of their owner. They will NOT call 911(the manager had a phone and refused to call), they will NOT secure the gate on their dog park fence, they will NOT secure the bottom of the fence, they will NOT protect the children playing on the playground next to the dog park. They are complicit in the death of a service animal in front of its owner and a child and they refuse to take responsibility or even offer condolences.

Make sure you hire a professional cleaner to clean your place prior to leaving because if they dont like the way you clean they will charge you $300 in cleaning fees. $40 to clean a refrigerator you already cleaned. I must be in the wrong profession because Im not sure who gets paid $40 to clean a refrigerator but hire me on. And another $50 for counter tops and cabinets after paying an astronomical amount for rent that they raise every year. Not a good place for what you pay !! Search elsewhere there are better deals out there.

High turnover of Property management staff tells a bad story. Poor screening of tenants also. Some safety issues. Maintenance guys are very good but overworked.
