After my accident they picked up my car. I called to inquire about the hours after explained I cant get there by 530 because I have no transportation and have to wait for my ride to get of work...the man laughed at me. I was already distraught given my situation and they compound it with there lack of professionalism. I do not recommend them. Very rude. So now they get to charge me for storage as they wish because someone cant stay till 545. Not helpful at all. The laughing at me is what has me floored. Who does that. Certainly not raised with southwest hospitality.
