We live and used Merry Maids in California in Santa Clarita for a deep clean. We were so impressed and delighted that it was a no brainer to sign up for standard regular cleaning. I was so disappointed when we had to stop the service in March due to the virus. I tried the best I could to keep up with everything but fell far short of what the girls do! I was especially impressed with Lidia, she came by herself when we usually have two and she did an awesome job. I would recommend Merry Maids without hesitation!!

They did a great job up stairs in the two empty rooms and the bathrooms. The kitchen counters were not as clean as they should have been. One lady was not always wearing her mask.

I was hoping they would clean microwave and oven

My boyfriend and I paid an outrageous amount for a deep cleaning and what we got was nothing close to a deep cleaning. Our living room was not touched, baseboards were not cleaned nor were the floors swept or mopped. When the manager was called ( I called ) she was very unprofessional. And would not even offer to take some money off the bill. I am completely in awe. She continued to tell me that our apartment was not cleanable in 3 hours. And it clearly is. In conclusion, I would not recommend them to anyone. If I had it my way I would not even give them 1 star.

I like that you are 100% reliable--I can count on you to show up. I also like the cinnamon scent you leave behind!

Although its rather pricey, Merry Maids gives you value for your money. They really do clean in the corners, under the beds, the bookshelves, behind the toilet and all those other pesky hard to get to places that is the reason we hire an expensive maid service rather than ones who only tidy and clean superficially. If theres anything that Im not completely satisfied with, they will take care of it immediately if this is what I want, or on their next visit.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Just terrible. Cleaning is sub par and they will charge you an arm and a leg. They nickel and dine everything and then will blame you for poor cleaning jobs. The cleaning ladies who work their are very nice and underpaid. The company takes most of the profit and charge you exorbitant rates for cleaning. I feel bad for them because they have a set amount of time to clean a house and they make them leave a home half cleaned if they run out of time. Dont waste your time and money. Do your research.

HORRIBLE cleaners! This place should be shut down. I hired three cleaners for my new house and not only did they not speak a word of English, but they tried to walk off with my puppy!! I held one of them until the police arrived but all they did was issue her a warning because of a language barrier. The owner of this branch, Mark, calls and threatens me. I have hired a lawyer and will be pursuing criminal charges against this place.
