Okay!!! We just found our forever laser center! Seriously it is a real GEM!!!! I was looking for a specific type of laser machine which is pain free and Primary laser skincare is one of the few to be found in due to the machine’s high price!!! The place is super clean and very organized and everyone is very friendly.As for Tanya!! No words can do justice. Very friendly and efficient. She knows how to make you feel really comfortable and extremely professional. She was very helpful and understanding in all ways. I’m so happy to be with her and already paid for upcoming sessions!!! Don’t think twice before coming to her. She is AMAZING in all ways.I’m so happy that I finally found what I was looking for!!

Ladies and gentlemen, this place is amazing! Everyone that works there is so efficient, personable, and really works with you to give you what you want.I started with laser hair removal on a single area and now I’m up to 4 areas. the difference is mind blowing and I honestly can say that after each session I feel more confident and as if I just hung out with some girl friends!I highly recommend this place, and btw Tanya is AWESOME!!!

Great pricing I was given a deal because I am an established patient at this urgent care. If you are too give them a call and see what package pricing they will give you too. I had a problem with my sideburns and 4 sessions later they are somehow magically gone and do not grow back in lol. Something I wanted. I am doing laser on my facial hair now for personal / transitioning reasons and I will report back after to see if I have the same effect!

I found these guys on instagram- not only are they close by but their content is what captivated me and convinced me to try it out. I am mid process of laser hair removal but so far so good and they also have laser facials that is said to help with collagen production, reduction in pores, and sun spot lightening.. Cool stuff :)

The most incredible place filled with the most incredible staff. Tanya has given me laser facials for 2 years and completely cleared up my cystic acne. I can’t stress how important these laser facials have been to my skin journey. My pores are significantly smaller, my acne is no longer inflamed or existing, and my acne scarring has improved tremendously with the continuation of these facials.

Ive struggled with confidence issues with my facial hair and despite treatments of hormones nothing worked. Tanya has been lasering my face for some time now and she does a fantastic job at it. I am seeing optimal results, pricing is affordable and Ive even tried her laser facial called the cinderella facial which its great for a big night out. Basically it makes your pores disappear allowing for a perfect makeup application- DUH who doesnt want that? Definitely ask about her laser facials

Tanya is really and truly an exceptional laser technician., who listens intently and asks pertinent questions before recommending the appropriate laser treatment. She discusses the overall process in addition to the specific treatment. This was my second experience at primary laser skincare and I have been well cared for. Excellent!!!

Ive had multiple laser facial skin tightening treatments, Im seriously addicted! I trust Tanya with my life, she is the best laser Tech in the state. Plus I get too look 7 years younger. ( Ive taken an actual surgery!!)

Soooooo.... Tanya is just so freaking awesome. I began laser treatments on my face and front neck with her back at her old location on South Main when it was Radiance Laser Skincare. New Years Eve 2014. 9 sessions later, and not only has she done a terrific job with zapping out most of my facial hair (i started very hairy, srsly), but shes really someone Id be proud to call a friend. Shes just so charming and funny. She creates an amazingly relaxing scene, causing for a much less painful and stressful experience. And, in my case, she was so, so helpful and reassuring when I needed to disclose a piece of rather personal info to her before moving forward. Total pro about it. Total cool chick.Shes now located inside Primary Walk-In center on Warren Ave in East Providence. Very convenient from 195 and plenty of parking. The front desk staff is equally cool and welcoming, and even a comfy waiting area with TV and a view out to the street. Scenic enough ;)Ultimately the results have been better than I ever hoped for. I will have at least a few more sessions on my face with her, but by now its mostly finishing up a process I thought would take years. Youll know exactly what to expect because she explains everything in such human terms. The pain of the laser isnt so bad (shes got those squishy stress balls, yeah they help), shes quick, makes sure youre lotioned up to ease the soreness afterwards (at least for face treatments), and makes paying and scheduling effortless. And always timely with appointment times and reliable.I will absolutely make her my first choice if/when I need other body areas lasered. I totally trust her. Would laser with her again. 10/10.
