Ive been using this company for 2 years and always had a good experience. They have great customer service and Ive always had prompt service when I needed it. Its a great family company that offers lots of services. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

After having ADT for a few years and seeing my bill triple in cost, I had heard about a company with over 30 years in business and decided to call them. Not only was their price the lowest, we had a very polite tech come and install a complete system. He was so neat, when he left, you wouldnt have even known he was there. Besides knowing we are secure when we need it, we are able to turn on our lights and unlock our front door with an app on our phone. We love it. We would highly recommend National Security. Thanks

I have been a customer for almost 6 years and am not only pleased with the service but the products they offer. Their products are user-friendly and the staff is always ready to respond when needed. I would highly recommend them for your home or commercial security.

National can be unpredictable at times. Their monitoring seems efficient and they are prompt in responding if the alarm is activated. However, their service techs are a bit flighty and today we had one who left a window open and the alarm switch dismantled. Strangely enough, the security system is reading ready yet there is no way the window in question is armed. That is a real concern. I will say that National is far superior to ADT. At least, they are a small family-owned compnay-not a huge, uncaring corporation. They are OK overall.

Awful. Totally unprofessional... They all yell at each other on the job and half the time their security systems fail. Spend your money somewhere else on another security system. Only plus was there was this one guy who was respectful and nice, all the rest are jokes. If I could give no stars I would.

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff

I bought my house with this security system in it and agreed to 6 months of service. After the 6 months i told them I did not want to continue and theh said I had signed a 5 year contract and had to keep my agreement or pay out of it.
