Came in for a test drive on a Nissan Rogue 2021, we met with Andrew C. and he was able to help us out and explain all questions we have. The customer service was excellent. Different than other dealerships, here they are not pushy, Andrew was very caring and went over all of our options. After all questions answered we decided to go ahead and buy the car. They did not had one available at their lot, but that was not an issue, They were able to locate a car for us right away. The process is very easy. After a bad experience with another Nissan dealer, I stopped at Stateline Nissan to look for a late model Rogue. David Para met me at the door, and made the buying experience much better than I expected. We bought a used rogue at Stateline Nissan a couple of weeks ago. I didn’t want to buy a car on the spot as I wanted to take my time in finding the right car for us. We worked with Andrew C at stateline and I never felt pressured to buy a car right then & there which was great! He answered any questions we had and made the process easy. I have never had such a horrible dealer experience in my life. First, the technician told me my car would be looked at immediately after coming into the service station. It took 2 days before it was even looked at. I received 0 phone calls from the service department to update me on my cars status or even to confirm that the car had arrived at the dealer via AAA (they said they lost my number). After over two days of being at the dealer, the tech told me on the phone that he was not confident in fixing Jeeps (after I called to confirm they could perform the service needed). After over three days at the dealership, they were unable to figure out what was wrong with my car and decided that they would tow it to a Jeep dealer even further from my house. I had to call to get this update. When they told me that the tow was set up, they said I would be charged for the tow and acted like they were doing me a favor. I used AAA again to transport it to the second dealer. The service dept. at Stateline told me dealer #2 would look at my car the same day and I told them to also tell the dealer I needed a loaner car. When I called dealer #2, I was told it would be an additional 4 days before they could look at my car and that no loaner was available. There was no help coming from Stateline until I said to the service manager, Andy, that Id be writing reviews like this. Only then did he call dealer 2 to get my car looked at sooner. After all of this, my car needed a new battery. 3 days of diagnostics and this service department never tested the battery. I have never had such a horrible experience... spent a week on hold and getting no answers, only to have the simplest solution in the books fix the issue. So disappointing.

My name is April Anderson and I am very dissatisfied with the service at theStateline Nissan of East Providence. My car was brought in for a service engine light on and I paid 1100 to have the problems fixed. the very same day I picked up my car the service engine light was back on. I can not even begin to tell you how upset I am! I feel taken advantage of being a single women. I recommend all women who are single never ever go there. With all this going on you would think they would offer me a refund or a rental. Nope!!! Nothing!! I still have zero answers on why the light is back on and if my car is coming back tonight. Ive called 4 or 5 times today and have received no response from anyone. Very Very Disappointed.Regards, April Anderson

Best car buying experience to date….brought our daughter in for her first car. I had spent the last couple of days preparing her for the car buying experience so that she had no misgivings that it would be either quick or fun. But, instead of the traditional experience - we left there with the car that was just right for us and laughing, happy and feeling like we had just made new friends.Kenny was our main salesperson and he was really thoughtful in his approach to understand what was important to us and then he tailored his approach to meet our needs. He was patient, accommodating, genuine and knowledgeable. I also appreciated that he addressed my daughter as the customer throughout the experience.Julio handled our financing and he was very thorough in explaining each step and piece of paperwork in an easy to understand manner.Curtis jumped in to help with a last piece of paperwork to keep customer flow happening smoothly.And last but not least - name unknown - kept us entertained with general funny conversation and even played the Happy Birthday song over the dealership speakers when he learned it was my daughters birthday.A+ all around.
The team at StateLine Nissan did a great job with my car. A day before I came in, my hybrid light turned on yet the car seemed to be functioning properly. I was able to easily schedule an appointment for the next day. The manager and other technicians walked me through possible causes for the issue, explained any tests they needed to run and estimated costs/ what was covered under my warranty, and communicated with me throughout. All in all it was a great experience and they fixed the issue with my car before the end of day.

Great guy to work with.My issue is not with the salesman, my issue is not with the service, my issue is not with the vehicle. My issue is with Julio in the finance area. Let me say that Julio is a very deceitful, sneaky person. No matter how many times you say no to the extra warranty Julio will push it. He will put it in there over and over.Do not sign anything electronically. Make Julio print it. That way you will see when Julio puts it into the contract even after you have said no over a dozen times. Julio is very sneaky.I would not recommend this dealership for the sole reason of Julio!!!!

Had an oil change and tire rotation. I was having an issue with my windshield wiper hitting the hood of the car as it came down. I didnt mention it when I went in. I didnt think anything could be done about it. When I got the car back, I noticed right away that the wiper was in a different position. When I turned the wipers on, it didnt hit the hood anymore; nice and quiet. He didnt have to do that, especially since I hadnt mentioned it, but Im really glad he did!
Be cautious. Just another typical dealer who quotes one thing on the phone and then the numbers game begins when you show up.

The WORST. I made an appt and was quoted a little over an hour for wait time. I was unaware and not informed that if I left the building my vehicle would be delayed to then service people who were physically in the waiting room. At almost two hours after my scheduled appointment time I received a call from Keith stating that my car had just been looked at. I returned to the dealership to be told from Keith after expressing my concerns with their customer service that customer service in the car industry and the beauty business are not the same. I would rather get rid of this lease from Nissan and physically walk than to ever give Stateline Nissan my business ever again.
This week I called stateline nissan to ask if they had any 2022 pathfinders on the lot and they did. When I arrived I had the pleasure to meet with Andrew c. Everything about him from his knowledge of the vehicle to his personality was great. I ended up purchasing the pathfinder and absolutely love it. Thank you again Andrew.

I really didnt want to have to buy a new car. I dont have the budget, I knew getting a loan would be tough, and I loved my old car, both as a vehicle and for sentimental reasons. But Elvis Reyes made the process of finding the right vehicle for me about as easy as it could possibly have been. I had a list of cars I was interested in (always read the Edmunds reviews for models you find on dealer websites!), then Elvis knew what questions to ask me to narrow down my choices. I drove off the lot with a more debt than Ive been in since grad school the first time around...and a 2019 Subaru Impreza. Heres hoping I can get the years and the mileage out of it that a friend got out of his 1999 Outback: 18.5 and over 200K. Thanks, Elvis!

They explained everything and answered all questions about the cars, loans, maintenance, etc. They gave us a great deal and did so much work to make my visit hassle-free! The sales man and the finance associate were honest and genuine people who wanted to help. Will definitely come back in the future.

Went in to Stateliness yesterday and bought my first Nissan Rogue. Worked with Kenny and he was great to work with. Answered all my questions honestly and was a pleasure from start to finish.
My husband and I had had a great experience here before so of course it was our first stop on our car hunting journey on 2/27/21. Kenny was our sales person. He was so patient, nice, and knowledgeable. He really took his time with us and didn’t rush us along like some other experiences we had in the past at other dealerships. I had a million questions and he went over everything in detail to put my mind at ease.Then along with Kenny, Angel came to help us with the financial part. He actually helped us find insurance with the same coverage we had for much less per year. I’ve bought many cars in my life and I’ve never had such a pleasant experience like this before. After buying the car, Angel gave us a tour of the service area and introduced us to all the people who work there. They really make you feel like you’re the only customer (and we were not!).I strongly suggest, if you’re looking for a car/truck, to stop by Stateline Nissan (and if you’re lucky enough work with Kenny!)

The mechanics and staff were finally able to give us the answers we needed for an electrical issue with the car. We had been back and forth with a different garage and it was very stressful. They solved the problem and helped us get our money back from the other garage by providing us with the incorrect parts.

Hands down the Besttttt car buying experience I’ve ever had! Elvis is freaking amazing! He didn’t pressure me and truly listened to what I wanted and my financial situation and put me in the perfect car for me!! He helped me every step of the way and with any issue I had. I will never go to anyone else ever again! I had gone to several places with my boyfriend prior to Stateline Nissan and they all focused on talking to him and not me(the one looking for a car) even after he told them he wasn’t the one buying. I went to Stateline and Elvis was funny and attentive and truly made the entire experience exciting and fun! I can’t thank him enough and recommend anyone to go see Elvis for any car buying needs!!!!
