Did an amazing job repairing the back window of my convertible with very little to work with. I expressed concern about an unrelated leaking issue and they took the time to investigate and were able to fix that too. Very grateful! Highly recommend!

Caito’s Auto & Boat Top LLC did an excellent job replacing the top on my Honda S2000.I live in Massachusetts and tried shops locally, but they were either too busy or didn’t even want to do the job saying that changing the top on a S2000 was too difficult.One shop owner said to me to try “those guys in Rhode Island” they’re good. Then he referred me to Caito’s on Pawtucket Ave., and I’m glad he did.Speaking to Doug, the owner, I mentioned to him about how I was told the job would be difficult, but he had no such concern and assured me there wouldn’t be a problem.Again great job.

I shopped around extensively before going with Caitos for my boats complete redo of every factory cushion. I am thrilled with my choice to go with them.The project consisted of 14 boat cushions in total and of various sizes, shapes and mountings. Previously all white, I wanted to step it up and go with some improved color/fabric combos this time if I was going to spend the money anyway. Doug and crew were patient and helpful right from the start as I brainstormed with them in search of the right materials, patterns, and color combos. I went with a complex arrangement, and Caitos delivered! Each cushion came out beautifully. On two pieces, a snap or two was out of place and when I mentioned to them they told me to bring back and they fixed it on the spot! Another cushion mount had some corrosion that was not part of the scope of the project and Doug offered to fix it for me and did so, saving me from a major project and extra expense. And did I mention that my cost on my project was 40-60% less than the other 3 quotes I got? I highly recommend Caitos for their quality work and personalized service.

The seats look amazing. He did a great job and and was very easy to communicate with. He drove to the boat to give a quote and he even picked the seats up himself. The quote and the actual price was spot on and there was no hidden fees or added cost at the end. After the great job he did on the pontoon seats this is the only place I will ever bring my upholstery work. Cannot thank him enough!

Doug Caito gave my family and I excellent service. From boat tops to seat cushions, and even pool covers.I would not think of going any where else for my auto and boat needs. I just had my uncles boat cushions done here, and was VERY pleased. I didnt find anyone rude at all, just not uber-chatty... Im sure they had plenty of work needing to be done. I was quoted a price I felt was reasonable... and I asked if I could be called if a situation arose requiring it to go much higher. Despite my indicating there was no rush, the work was done in a week, and they called to let me know the cushions were ready for pickup. They look great! New snaps were installed on the cooler to accommodate the cushion, and the price was just about the same as what was quoted. I would not hesitate to use this business again, highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used Caitos and found them to be prompt, courteous, very personable and I was very satisfied with my results. I greatly appreciated the way he was able to handle a very complicated and uncommon problem with my boat cover; this will have saved me a lot in the long run.

I had a headliner in my car done here, I paid $300 and it started to fall again, I brought the car by Caitos and he told me that it isnt falling but just loose and that he wasnt going to do anything for me, do not recommend anyone to go here.
