Julio and his work was 1st class all the way. I needed an aftermarket trailer hitch added to my SUV and I was short on time. Julio got me in quickly and did a perfect job. He even needed to trim some under-pannels to make everything look just right and the job came out perfect. Not to mention his pricing was very reasonable and more than fair. I went to J&S to get my car inspected when I first moved to RI, and I honestly wouldnt go anywhere else. The work is high-quality, the prices are great and they always do their best to fit you in for an appointment ASAP and get your car right back to you, even if its a busy time for them. I desperately needed my brakes worked on and was worried I wouldnt be able to drive for a while, but when i called they told me to bring my car in right away and had it fixed that same day. Impeccable service as always.Also...can I just say that they are literally the only mechanic Ive ever had who calls to check in with you after your appointment to see how your car is running, and to make sure there arent any problems. Overall amazing customer service, communication, and one hundred percent honest about what is needing to be done. He replaced everything that needed to be replaced in the car, redid wiring, and swapped out my ignition switch! There was another women waiting on her car and I overheard him talking about what needed to be done and he showed her pictures but told her it wasnt urgent, he would give her a quote and when she was ready, she could schedule with them. What mechanic does that?? Another mechanic would find something urgently wrong with the car that needed to be fixed right away for plenty of extra money Thats not what I heard there. I think the word Honest fits here. When I checked out, the price was as listed, they topped over my fluids and checked out my car, telling me I was good to go. Ive already told 10 people that they need to check this place out in the future. I know Ill be back!!!

Absolutely honest from the beginning.I had ended up going to Julio because I had been to three other places and I am the kind of person who would like to do my research before I commit.He told me exactly what was going to happen and what the car was going to need in order to make it function again it was a 20-year-old Mercedes.It turned out fantastic on budget and two of the other Mechanic said I shouldn’t even bother with iti because it was going to cost way too much to fix. It ended up costing us $750 to have the whole thing running for my 18-year-old son to have his first car.Julio does AMAZING work
