The service sucks so far. I live in the jonesboro area, so I am guess the headquarters is in mcdonough. First day of service and no one communicated to have the trash out of a day ahead of service. Driver reported that I didnt have my trash out, trash was out at 7:50am, was told they start service early as 4am and wont be serviced, would have to wait a whole week .trash already full. We was working in the area doing carpet work and the young lady was very rude. We wasnt concerned on paying 89.00 to drop it off but her attitude was very bad
WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY TRASH COMPANY. If youre considering using this company, be prepared to keep your can out ALL WEEK because they never come on time. Ive only been with the company 5 weeks or so and not one time have they ever shown up on the day that they were scheduled to. Im changing companies IMMEDIATELY 😡
If they ever bothered to actually show up I guess their service isnt bad. They show up for service about every fifth or sixth time they are scheduled to.
My husband and I were trying to establish service with then, we signed up on line and gave $50.00 deposit. They keep giving us the run around and told us that you cant pay online, well they dont even know about their own website...always saying someone will call back, they never do....guess well have to file fraud with the bank, I also have an email confirmation that states the payment we made for service emailed a copy to one of there agents still nothing. Going else where tired of the games they play....
Less they 1 Star..Have been with the company for 10 years and the price keeps increasing quarterly due to the fuel charge rate (this quarters bill was $72) that other companies dont charge. I should not have to call customer service to have it lowered on a quarterly basis. In addition Republic charges $35 for a container drop off fee to use their trash can and now Republic wants to charge $24 to pick up the can that they have charged me for using. I have been with this company for over 10 years poor customer service and constantly over changing loyal customers. I cancelled my service. I found another company and only paid $90 for six months and no charge to drop of a new trash can and no fuel charges....Do your research there a plenty of companies with quality services and less prices!!
This company gave me a 24 month agreement and never delivered my cans, told me the refunded the money too my account, which by the way hasn’t showed up yet, when noticing that they failed me the only other option was to tell me that We can set up another account but we will need another 50.00 deposit” they didn’t even offer to set up services due to their account issues. I cancelled services with them this on 1/8/2019 due to their lack of customer services and accountability. Oh I haven’t gotten that 50.00 deposit as yet it takes 3 business days..... they get 4 thumbs down. And I will report this to the BBB.
They are always missing my trash pick up. it is right for me to pay for services and not receive them in a timely manner. When I reschedule for a missed pick up they still missed that pick up. It’s ridiculous. This is happened three times this year. They have struck out with me
FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. They dont even deserve one star. New to the county, and established service with this company in December. Its almost February and I havent had not 1 pick up. I have called and complained. My complaints have even gone to the companys division, and nothing has happened. Save yourself time and money. Currently looking for another company because this one sucks. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY LIKE I DID!
They have about a 70% pickup rate. I constantly have to call to report missed pickups, and it seems theres always an unforeseen circumstance that pushes back my pickup dates even further. Their are better companies to give your money to.
This company is absolutely terrible!!!! Do not use this company for your garbage pickup. I did not recieve service for 3 weeks! After speaking with customer service for 5 or 6 times within that 3 week period, I decided to cancel my service.
They used to be great, They offered recycling bins, picked up on schedule. Then the price went up every quarter, I had to call to get trash picked up. Last straw they sent me a letter saying because they didnt get as much for recyclables my bill was going up again. Next thing my recycle bins gone, so I call and ask, they said due to lack of participation they no longer picked up recycling in my area. When I asked about my bill, will it go down? they said no that it was a free service that was no longer offered.
To who it may concern,The Seeger’s at 1520 Richard Drive, Covington, Ga 30014, Walton County contacted Republic services on October 11, 2018 to report our eleventh skipped trash service of 2018. This happened almost as many times in 2017.As always, we are told that Republic will not send a truck out the next day to meet our contractual agreement. We, the Seeger’s, the customers, know that regardless of the nastiness, maggots, or overflowing trash, Republic will not be back till the following week. I called Republic on October 30, 2018 to discontinue services and request our credit for services not performed. We pay by quarter ahead of time, so in September of 2018 the Seeger’s paid Republic for Services in the fourth quarter, October, November and December.On October 31, 2018 I called the Republic location in Lawrenceville, Ga to find out where the Seeger’s could drop off the container. We were told there was no where to drop it off in the entire United States. That the only way it can be returned is to have Republic pick it up, so it was scheduled for pick up at that moment, during that call.Since then I have called several times and our container is still sitting out on the street, nor have we received our credit refund. If I were in any facet of management for Republic I would be embarrassed at the sorry, unprofessionalism displayed by this company over the years.The Seeger’s are due a refund of 60 days of service and still need our container picked up. We will file charges with the police department and have the phone records pulled, call news, radio, and social media sources to discuss our experience with Republic if this is not resolved before end of business December 3, 2018.
Another missed trash pick up. They are never tool concerned with trash building up in front of my house. They are not that accommodating to customers or concerned with the trash not being picked up in a timely scheduled manner.

I ordered my trash on 11/6/2017. It took 6 weeks for them to deliver my trash can & have only picked my trash up 1 time since then. My trash has not been picked up in almost in a month. I have called numerous times and they always say we will take care of it. I am now looking for another trash provider and will also contact the BBB and County to further complain against this ridiculous excuse of a trash company.
They don’t pick up trash. DO NOT USE. I wish we looked at the reviews before committing to this scamming trash can delivering, but no picking up company.
Please take you money else. This service is the worst they dont pick up on time and pricing changed from the initial set up. Customer service is not helpful at all every call I got a we will take care of it and they never did.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Every quarter the payment went up, they would NEVER pick up when they were supposed too and when I would call to tell them they missed our address, they tell me we have to wait until the next cycle. RIDICULOUS!!! They never sent our statements out on time and somehow we always ended up with extra fees!!
Horrible service. They keep raising my bill but missing my pickups. Its getting ridiculous.
Problems are too long to list...go elsewhere and save yourself a lot of trouble.
