This is a black female owned business that puts their employees first despite all the hate they get from city employees and other jealous employers. They have been around for over 15 years and continue to impress me with their respect and fair treatment of their people.

It’s okay when you start off working for them but there communication skills are no where near what they say it is the management is unorganized they work you extra hard with a low pay range like nah bruh when it come to your own personal situation they don’t care they just want you be at there work place on time ….

I was hired by this company but WAS FIRED AT WILL/FOR NO REASON BY one of the supervisors, only after 7 days of working just because THIS SUPERVISOR was on A 2WEEK vacation when I was hired by this company (AETC).

I have been with AETC for over 9 years. AETC has been a great employer. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile and resolve all issues even if they are beyond their control. Managers are professional and not rude. Thank you all for great service.

Really unprofessional! You go in and apply then wait to be interviewed. You go through the process and they tell you they will be in contact with you. They don’t tell you if you were hired or not hired at all. They don’t communicate with you through email and have you sitting around waiting even if you didn’t get the job you would never know. They say they don’t discriminate over medical basis and that it doesn’t disqualify you from a position BUT IT REALLY DOES. Then has the nerve to say “if you don’t get the position you’re more then you’re more than welcome to apply again in 90 days” some good that will do.

I’ve been with AETC for a little over five months and it is undoubtedly the WORST company that I have ever worked for. The company as a whole LACK communication skills, and customer service skills which is absurd being as though they promote “Great customer service”. Since I’ve been there I have experienced not being paid on time FOUR times! My car insurance has lapsed as well as my card being overdrawn due to auto-pay. When we express how we feel about getting paid three days late we were told, to turn in our badges if we had a problem with it or even worse, we need to learn to prioritize our money! Management is BIG on favoritism! From the leads, to the mangers, to HR! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my WORST ENEMY and I mean that sincerely! Horrible representation of a black owned business.

I have been with AETC for three years. Yes we have had issues but we have never NOT got paid. There are going to be ups and downs anywhere you go. When you have issues with family, they work it out with you. When I have to go see about my child, they work it out for you. When there is an emergency, they say go. Pay may not be alot but their caring passes all that. Dont be fooled by negative responses. My experience is not their experience. AETC is a good place to work and I have never seen a rudeness from any manager.

This company is horrible . Multiple times they didnt pay us on our scheduled pay date. The Leads and supervisors are very bias, they show a-lot of favoritism towards the employees. The Supervisors only listen to the leads and not the CCR employees . If there is an issue between you and a Lead do not tell David or Sheyla (morning shift) Sheyla doesnt speak good english and David is having relations with a CCR. HR is terrible she is barely there and she follows up with you days after a incident . The uniform lady is forgetful. She will hold your uniform for alterations for weeks and cause you to have issues at the airport as to why you are not in uniform. She held my uniform pants for nearly 1 month to do alterations . If you love interacting with people this is the wrong place to go its right in the airport but there are definitely other companies .The company needs new management .

They honestly don’t deserve one star. company is horrible, they don’t pay you on time and very unprofessional. Tammy is very unprofessional and she catches an attitude of you ask about your pay check that they owe you! this place needs to be shut down asap!

I am very disappointed in this black owned business. I hate to say, but its an accurate black negatively stereotyped environment. The whole staff is very unprofessional and shady from the owner Shaunlee to the rachet managers you work with. I wasnt trained at all, the leads and managers tell new employees to use their judgement. What!? Who tells new employees to use their judgement instead of being trained? Thats set up for failure.. Crazy.. The accountant girl is rude and doesnt know anything! My payroll check bounced that AETC paid me and I couldnt use my bank account for 3 days because of them and the accountant girl tried to play and say it was my banks issue, knowing the whole time the company didnt have enough money in their account to pay me. Other employees that are still employed with this Company had bounced checks from this company as well so my case wasnt anything new. Do not waste your time here with this ghetto company where the managements previous employment was at Burger King. Just because you collected will money from a dead relative doesnt qualify you to buy and run a business. You have to actually be qualified with skills, none of them are qualified. The whole airport laughs at this company because its a joke. I hate I wasted my short time here..I will do what I can to shut this business down, its not ran right. OH YOUR CONTRACT TO THE AIRPORT IS UP IN APRIL HUH? The contract wont get renewed at Hartsfield Jackson 😏

Horrible company unprofessional dont pay ontime they have a high turnover rate due to the leads and how they run the floor its full of drama and they force you to get insured by them. They steal our time so you check will never be same every week even if you stay all minuets they say to stay... Dont go here its not a stepping stone and in april they dont guarantee us to still have a job after contract renewal ..(!!!!!!!!UPDATE!!!!) i was ultimately fired for this post yes i am unhappy with the company and i was planning to put in my two weeks and also the atl next program is what we are told we will be hired for then we end up on e concorse recheck working for $8per hour getting rudeness from leads its hard enough that we deal with the things that go on around us that we have no control over like huge crowds of 3000 peopleits not the job or passangers that make the job hard its the people you put into leadership i was offered a leadership position but ultimately declined due to the huge level of unprofessional i was seeing. The supervisors are great the leaders on the floor are problematic along with select employees who cant work with others and must work alone in orderfor our day to run smoothly. What have aetc done for me. Nothing.
